Great place. Peaceful.
A warm welcome from Harman at the very busy bar in the last 15 min of the England v Congo game. Harman was patient with my poor hearing and most helpful, with a good smile despite the cheering noises making it difficult.
Will look forward to future stays with you.
Staff were absolutely brilliant. Beautiful building and outdoor areas. Breakfast nice. Pool table free to play, but can make a donation to charity if you wish to.
Lack of tea, coffee and toilet rolls in bedroom. Plus the bed was a bit hard for my liking, but you can't please everyone.
Close to Gloucester and Tewkesbury. A real gem of a hotel. Rooms excellent staff very friendly. Great choice at breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again

the room was ok. no view. quiet.
i didn't like having to pay for parking, especially as i have stayed before with free parking. if you go to the bar you get 4 hours free parking. why can't hotel guests have free parking till 10 am . plus i wasn;t told this till after i had booked the room and payed. i wiil stay else where in future.

They have a tuck shop outside which you can get ice cream from and the lobby area is nice.
My room was full of spiders and bugs....I'm not sure it had been cleaned for a while. I could hear upstairs all night.
