Friendly budget hotel that looks like will be improved but rooms need to be improved to come out of the budget category.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was lovely. Hotel not completely open when went so no evening food available. They obviously were working on completing the work and looks like it will be beautiful when done.

Cons:

Rooms are basic and furniture tired looking but clean. No phone in room so if needed anything from reception you would have to walk back. No leaflets of what’s interesting in the area. This didn’t matter to us as we were visiting family a five minute drive from the hotel but would be helpful for guest using it as a holiday base.
