وجود جامع امام الفندق ووجود الاسواق والمطاعم

Cons:

لايوجد سرير مزدوج بالمعنى المعروف سريرين متلاصقة ومع الحركة تتباعد عن بعض دورات المياة غير مريحة المياه تتجمع والأدوات رديئة وعند طلب التمديد يفرضون عليك رسوم التمديد مع ان اكثر الفنادق تمدد لك حتى الساعة 2 مجاناً

أنصح بمشاهدة الشقة قبل الدفع
Pros:

- انصح بمشاهدة الغرفة للمستأجر قبل الدفع .
- مناسبه للزائر اللي يبحث عن شيء يمشي الحال .
- الموقع ممتاز واغلب الخدمات بجانبه .

Cons:

- الصالة في الشقة كانت عبارة عن مدخل ويوجد به كنب وطاولة صغيره فقط .
- المطبخ لايوجد به اي شيء من ادوات المائدة ولو ملعقة او سكين واحدة (مجلى ودواليب فقط) وافادوا بانه يتم توفيرها للاقامات الشهرية !
- المفارش كانت نظيفة الى حد ما ولكن يمكن ان تكوى لتظهر بشكل افضل .
- تم طلب مقابلة الادارة لالغاء الحجز ويبدو ان الاخ يتهرب وافادوني بالتواصل على الواتس ولم يتم افادتي او خدمتي بالشكل الأمثل .

Cons:

Le bus durant le ramadan ne ramène pas directement au haram. Nous devons prendre le bus de l’hôtel puis un autre bus qu’on paye 8 SAR.

Unfortable stay.
Pros:

Reasonable rate and the speedy check in.

Cons:

They call me at 10 am to tell me that I need to check out between 10 am and 12 noon!!!?
It is Ramadan and slept after Fajer prayer ( around 7 am)!!!! After 3 hours they contacted me to check out!!!? It is very frustrating and poor customer care.
Note: I checked and found 3 similar room Avilable for booking that day.

They could wait till 1200 to wake me up!!!!!!😡
I never been frustrated like I did.

THis needs to be stopped.
