ubicacion, personal de recepción amable

Cons:

habitación olía a humedad y no me hicieron la limpieza, aire acondicionado muy ruidos y le escurría agua, habitcion exageradamente ruidosa, por estar a la orilla de la calle y cerca de lugares nocturnos y el paso de camiones urbanos considerarlo al quedarse ahí.

Der Schimmel- Abflussgestank, die Sauberkeit und ganz besonders der Strassenlärm. Obwohl wir vorweg um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebrten hatten. Alles in Allem nicht empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Lage des Hotels. Der Empfangsbereich bzw. die Lobby ist sehr schön und einladend gestaltet, ebenso der Innenhof, über den man zu den Zimmern gelangt. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und bot ausreichend Platz. Man merkt, dass viel Mühe investiert wurde, die Zimmer modern und ansprechend herzurichten. Besonders angenehm war zudem das durchweg sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das stets bemüht war, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Auch mein sehr später Check-in nach 0 Uhr hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief unkompliziert und zuverlässig per WhatsApp, was ich als sehr angenehm empfunden habe.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat grundsätzlich Potential aber es gibt doch ein paar Mängel. Beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel sofort ein sehr modriger Geruch auf, der besonders im Badezimmer extrem war. Im Schlafzimmer wurde es etwas besser, nachdem ich die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet hatte – eine Klimaanlage im Bad hätte hier vermutlich ebenfalls geholfen.
Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre sehr praktisch gewesen. Zudem sind die Fenster dringend renovierungsbedürftig: Sie schließen nicht richtig, sind nicht schallisoliert und lassen sowohl Lärm als auch Mücken ins Zimmer. Es fühlte sich an, als wären die Fenster ständig offen. Ohne Ohrstöpsel war an erholsamen Schlaf leider nicht zu denken.
Den angekündigten Pool konnte ich nicht nutzen. Zwar habe ich auf dem Dach einen Bereich gesehen, der vermutlich der Pool sein sollte, dieser war jedoch eine Baustelle und ohne Wasser.
Insgesamt wäre mit einigen Verbesserungen – insbesondere bei Geruch, Fenstern und Ausstattung – ein deutlich angenehmerer Aufenthalt möglich gewesen.
