Pros:

Mooi hotel. Lokatie is prima. 10 minuten lopen naar Pub Street. 15-20 minuten met de tuktuk naar Angkor Wat. Veel restaurants op loopafstand. Kamer was ruim en schoon. Badkamer, inclusief ligbad, ook. Groot zwembad met voldoende ligbedden. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was goed. Aziatisch georiënteerd, vers fruit, verse zoetjes. Overall een aanrader in Siem Reap.

Short stay before transfer
Pros:

We booked with a 17 man team and found they were all staying in the Somadevi Hotel and Spa section and not where we were. We were in a small dark room with minimal pool view and tiny balcony and a long walk up and down the stairs to meet the rest of the team. After 2 nights they transferred us to the hotel and we were very happy with a bright city view room , friendly and welcoming staff.

Cons:

Room very dark and quite small. Small balcony and pool view not as illustrated. Bed hard. Breakfast ok but had less than main hotel. We were the furthest room from the facilities.

However, I was concerned to find China Daily placed in the guest room.

This publication does not simply provide neutral news.

Excellent hotel, perfectly located but for the one episode described above.
Pros:

location was excellent and short walking distance to pub street!. nice boutique property and good sized rooms with comfortable beds. very pleasant staff.

Cons:

At checkout, we were asked that a cup and saucer was missing from the room. We told the reception staff that it had likely gone along with the room service dishes etc which we had ordered last night, but they insisted that they first need to cross check with restaurant staff. Unbelievable I thought! Whilst I understand the staff is doing their job but in the grand scheme of things, in a 5 star hotel it is rather insulting to the guest that they are being asked to wait till the missing tea cup is located before check out can be finalised!!. Who is going run away with a teacup ??!! A manager then found the errant cup and saucer and we were free to leave. This really spoilt our mood. Somebody in the management seriously needs to rethink this process.

Pros:

パブストリートまで歩いていけるし、近くにおいしい＆ビールも安いローカルレストランもありました。
ホテルの朝食は少しずつメニューが変わるし、フルーツやパンも種類がありとてもおいしかった。大満足です。
オーダーで作ってくれるフォーみたいな麺料理があったので、麺好きの夫は毎回注文していました。
お部屋は毎回とても綺麗に掃除してありました。

Cons:

トイレットペーパーの替えを１つだけでも置いておいてくれたらよかった。フロントが２４時間対応だけど、４日の滞在で２回も電話することになってしまったので。

Pros:

Posizione molto centrale e comoda per raggiungere a piedi in 10 minuti la famosa Pub Street con locali dove cenare e supermercati molto riforniti. Ottima posizione anche per andare a visitare il sito archeologico. Camere spaziose e bagno con doccia e vasca, dotate dei kit da bagno, utilissimi. Bella piscina, abbastanza grande e lettini a disposizione. Colazione abbondante con varietà di piatti locali ed internazionali. Un particolare ringraziamento va a tutto il personale che è sempre pronto ad accoglierti con il sorriso e attento a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza
