nice stay
Pros:

we ordered a balcony room which was very nice. most of the staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

air conditioning in the room didn't work when we arrived and it took 2 days to get it repaired. and with it being very warm, to leave the balcony door open allowed flies to come in, thankfully by end of day 2 it was repaired. also, I didn't like that I was charged for the entire stay when we checked in, I understood like all other hotels, we were charged at the end of our stay so I felt we didn't have any options as they offered another room due to air conditioning not working, but the balconies didn't compare to the deluxe balcony room that we paid for.

Great stay in Taksim
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location. close to public transport. Clean and comfortable room. Nice amenities. Helpful luggage hold.

Cons:

No real view but that wasn’t important to me. (Rooftop restaurant had view. ) Spa staff were very nice but spa is very small.

Molto soddisfacente ;)

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il transfert dell’andata e ci siamo ritrovati da soli in aereoporto a mezzanotte nonostante avessimo prenotato e pagato il transfert .

4 gece konakladığımız bu otelden genel olarak memnun ayrıldık. En büyük artısı kesinlikle konumu; İstanbul'da pek çok noktaya ulaşım oldukça kolaydı. Odamız temiz ve düzenliydi, bu konuda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltısı da çeşitli ve lezzetliydi.

Ayrıca restoran bölümündeki çalışanlar son derece nazik, kibar ve güler yüzlüydü. Özellikle Kadir Bey, samimi yaklaşımı ve keyifli sohbetiyle konaklamamıza ayrı bir değer kattı. Misafirperverliği için kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Genel olarak, İstanbul'da merkezi konumda konforlu bir konaklama arayanlara tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel.

Cons:

Olumsuz olarak bahsetmek istediğimiz konu ise resepsiyon ve rezervasyon sürecindeki yaklaşım oldu.
İsmini vermek istemediğimiz bir resepsiyon görevlisi, oda rezervasyonu konusunda bize anlam veremediğimiz zorluklar çıkardı. Konaklamamızı bir gece uzatmak istediğimizde otelde hiç oda olmadığını söyledi. Ancak kendisinin yanında çevrim içi rezervasyon uygulaması üzerinden aynı otel için rezervasyon yapabildik.

Ayrıca, başlangıçta bize standart oda olarak gösterilen penceresiz odanın yerine, gecelik 30 Euro ek ücret ödeyerek daha iyi bir odaya geçtik. Üç gece kaldığımız bu odada son geceyi de uzatmak istediğimizde bunun mümkün olmadığı belirtildi.

Özellikle bu görevlinin mesafeli ve katı tavrı, misafir olarak kendimizi rahat ve değerli hissetmemizi engelledi. Bu nedenle otelle ilgili puanımızdaki en büyük eksi, maalesef resepsiyon ve rezervasyon departmanındaki hizmet anlayışı oldu.

Bir diğer eksi nokta ise gürültüydü. Bunun otelin kontrolünde olmayan bir durum olduğunun farkındayız; yoğun trafik ve sokaktan gelen sesler özellikle geceleri oldukça hissediliyordu. Bu nedenle camları açık şekilde uyumak bizim için mümkün olmadı.

Comfortable, clean and friendly hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location very near Taksim Square. Very clean and tidy. Excellent staff who were all very, very friendly and very, very helpful. Lovely restaurant with a great rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Istanbul. Will definitely be going back!
