Pros:

La mia valutazione è positiva. L’hotel è in posizione centralissima, a due passi da piazza Taksim: una zona molto vivace e rumorosa, ma le camere sono così ben insonorizzate che dall’esterno non arriva alcun rumore. La stanza era pulita, abbastanza spaziosa e il bagno fornito di tutto il necessario. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, e la colazione è buona e abbondante.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto negativo riguarda il taxi per l’aeroporto. Avevo chiesto alla reception di prenotarlo per le 5:30 del mattino della partenza, ma alle 5:45 non era ancora arrivato e il personale non ha saputo dirci quando sarebbe arrivato. Abbiamo quindi dovuto uscire in strada e cercarne un altro, con l’ansia di perdere il volo. Un disguido che, per un servizio così importante, andrebbe gestito con più attenzione.

Me and my family always stay in akka lush taskim but know we will think to stay again

Cons:

Our check out was 9 October 12.pm to leave back our flight 11.30 pm . but We didn't head water from 9 October morning 4.00 am to 1.00 pm we didn't shower we have to leave room till 1.00 pm they said hotel management charge us extra day so we have to leave room without shower very disppiontment

Excellent and we will stay at AKKA Lush Hotel again!
Pros:

AKKA Lush Taksim was clean, hotel was historic with modern comforts built in . Staff super attentive. Location.Busy part of town cityscape but only a 4 minute walk to Taksim Square . The Metro bus stop’s and tram convenience right at Taksim Square for easy travel with an Istanbul cart card to anywhere you want to go.Great shopping and surrounded by local restaurants.Special thanks to Hotel Relations expert Nurlana . She arranged transport by the hotel, from Istanbul airport to Hotel in comfortable Mercedes Benz minivans with quiet professional drivers who zipped us to and from , a great thing when you are tired from traveling.

Cons:

No complaints. It is on a busy corner of 2 streets a block from Istikbal Street , so street sounds in a city of over 20 million. Safe area. But slept fine at night with great air conditioning and soundproof windows.

Wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

The mattresses were very comfy and location is a min away from Taksim square.

Cons:

The staff was very rude. I asked for help to find a lost item, the guy told me “not my job”. AC broke last night and couldn’t be fixed.

Una estancia fantástica, repetiremos sin duda
Pros:

Todo fue fenomenal. El hotel estaba muy limpio, cómodo y cuidado, y la ubicación nos pareció estupenda. Queremos hacer una mención especial al personal del desayuno, especialmente a Kadir y Mezut, que estuvieron siempre súper atentos, pendientes de que no nos faltara nada y fueron increíblemente amables y agradables. También queremos destacar al personal de recepción, siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera todavía mejor.

Cons:

Lo único que mejoraría sería el secador de pelo, ya que se apagaba muchas veces durante su uso. Por lo demás, no tenemos ninguna queja. Todo estuvo muy bien.
