La ubicación estupenda y el hotel muy bonito y confortsble

Cons:

El desayuno no me gustó: no había tostador, ni jamón, ni salmón, ni tomate triturado, ni gran variedad de fruta, ni zumo de naranja, ni descafeinado...Había otras muchas cosas pero que no tomo en el desayuno.

Гарний готель, зручна локація. Ймовірно зупинились би ще.

Cons:

Трохи зіпсувала враження ситуація під час заселення. Я забронювала й оплатила два номери на своє ім’я. Мене та частину гостей зареєстрували в один номер. Коли я попросила перереєструвати нас у другий номер, а моїх друзів, які приїжджали пізніше, поселити в цей, мені сказали, що це неможливо.
Ключ від другого номера мені спочатку відмовились видавати, аргументуючи це тим, що моїх друзів не можуть поселити у «використаний» номер. Частково я розумію логіку такого правила, але обидва номери були заброньовані й оплачені мною, включно з депозитом. Тому, на мою думку, на мою вимогу могли просто видати ключ, без суперечки на підвищених тонах.
У підсумку ключ я все ж отримала, але моїх друзів посеред ночі все одно повели в номер, де ми вже спали, що створило незручності. Думаю, цього можна було легко уникнути, якби нас одразу перереєстрували в інший номер.

Convinient beautifull hotel at taksim and instiklal
Pros:

Excellent place 50m from taksim and istiklal
The (deluxe) room was spacious and elegant. Excellent staff vey kindness
Good breakfast at a fabulous terrace

Cons:

Too much noise. Room has not insulation at the windows. The frames are very thin. Very disturbing at noon and the night from the street

Un séjour à refaire !
Pros:

une chambre confortable , un cadre spécial avec un très bon emplacement et surtout une équipe attentive et professionnelle.
Nous souhaitons adresser un remerciement particulier à MR HAFEZ au petit déjeuner, dont la gentillesse, le sourire et le sens du service ont rendu nos matinées encore plus agréables.
