Телефон не работал, смеситель душа был вывернут, занавеска была порвана. За 3 дня ничего не починили.
This was our third stay at the hotel, and once again, Manager Eyüp welcomed us with his usual warmth and professionalism. He made us feel truly valued as returning guests. The breakfast was 👍 and the morning service was attentive, friendly, and efficient.
The only downside was the mattress, which was very uncomfortable. We believe it is time to replace it to make guests' stays even more comfortable.

Labai gera vieta. Labai lengva susisiekti visuomeninių transportu. Šalia metro ir funikulieriaus stotelė. Šalia Istikal (pėsčiųjų) gatvė.
Kambarys su balkonu į gatvės pusę, tai labai didelis triukšmas.
Staff great, location is excellent
we ordered a balcony room which was very nice. most of the staff was very accommodating.
air conditioning in the room didn't work when we arrived and it took 2 days to get it repaired. and with it being very warm, to leave the balcony door open allowed flies to come in, thankfully by end of day 2 it was repaired. also, I didn't like that I was charged for the entire stay when we checked in, I understood like all other hotels, we were charged at the end of our stay so I felt we didn't have any options as they offered another room due to air conditioning not working, but the balconies didn't compare to the deluxe balcony room that we paid for.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location. close to public transport. Clean and comfortable room. Nice amenities. Helpful luggage hold.
No real view but that wasn’t important to me. (Rooftop restaurant had view. ) Spa staff were very nice but spa is very small.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il transfert dell’andata e ci siamo ritrovati da soli in aereoporto a mezzanotte nonostante avessimo prenotato e pagato il transfert .
