Great location and relaxing pool, but the check-in experience could be friendlier.

Nice resort atmosphere, beautiful pool area, and a great location close to Patong Beach, restaurants, and nightlife.

Excelente hotel em Phuket
Pros:

Excelente hotel. Oferece serviço de massagem e possui restaurante anexo ao local. O café da manhã no estilo Thai e Indiano (hotel é típico indiano), mas também com opções ocidentais. Equipe muito solicita e pronta para auxiliar em tudo. Área da piscina muito boa, com um bar funcionando para servir bebidas. Localização perfeita, próxima ao agito e praias central de Phuket, ao mesmo tempo silenciosa durante a noite.

Cons:

Poucos defeitos a apontar. O elevador não estava funcionando e isso gera um incômodo mínimo para mim, mas para pessoas mais velhas poderia ser um problema.

Lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

De ligging en het heel vriendelijke personeel. Het ontbijt was top.

Cons:

We hadden een kamer met directe toegang tot het zwembad via het balkonnetje. Jammer genoeg keken we uit op een muur en was het een heel gedoe om de jacuzzi aan te laten zetten. Dit kon enkel met een telefoon te doen naar de receptie en dan was het afwachten of dit daadwerkelijk gebeurde.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Patong, just a few minutes’ walk from everything. The rooms were spotless and offered direct access to an amazing pool. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend it to everyone 😊

Cons:

The only downside was being charged 350 baht (around €10) for a broken wine glass — which felt completely absurd. For that price in Phuket, you could buy a whole set of wine glasses. Just a heads-up for other guests to be aware of these extra charges.

Allez y c’est un bon hôtel
Pros:

L’emplacement avec la proximité de la plage, petit déjeuner garni, personnel très agréable, possibilité de faire une machine de linge à un prix attractifs. Proximité avec la rue de la fête mais aucun bruit dans l’hôtel

Cons:

Les arbres avec du vent frotte les murs et on entend la nuit mais c’est pas dérangeant j’ai le sommeil léger avec des boule quies aucun problème.
