Tripoppo and Air Canada tours Cambodia is a must to see
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. Mr.Manager was very helpful at checking and check out. Room was sparkling clean. Breakfast included with our room. Great variety. Something for everyone to eat. Try the pineapple jam it is delicious . Pool was very beautiful and great to swim in. Lounge chairs very comfortable.
Service was awesome.

Strongly recommend to stay there. 3:00 tuk tuk ride from market. Very interesting place Lots to see

Peaceful and enjoyable stay
Pros:

What a wonderful hotel! Friendly, kind staff; beautiful rooms; serene atmosphere; lovely pool and breakfast. We will definitely be back when we come back to Cambodia.

A journey into the past
Pros:

The staff were wonderfully friendly and courteous at all times. Very helpful too. Excellent!

To do more of:
Better breakfast spread and quality. Chicken and beef for noodles were a bit tough. However, the amok fish in real coconut was the best compared to other restaurants restaurants in Siem Reap.

Wonderfull
Pros:

The service was truly outstanding -the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We especially appreciated the constant support and contact from the manager throughout our entire stay, which made us feel genuinely cared for.

The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained. It is conveniently located within a short distance from the city center, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Tasty breakfast. Hotel front is very kind. They returned my forgotten items in the room when I checked out.
Good location, can go to pub street by tuktuk 2usd.

Cons:

Many mosquitoes, bug, around poolside.

Outstanding service
Pros:

The manager Sopheap Sor greeted me upon my arrival..It had been a rather extended trial just getting to Siem Reap. He truly set the tone for my short stay.. Everything was 5 Star. My room looked out on the pool. The breakfast was international with offers of eggs cooked to your preference, meats and cheeses for the European tastes plus lots of local fruit selections.

Lovey hotel with a great pool
Pros:

Lovely resort type hotel with beautiful pool. The staff were fantastic as was our room overlooking the pool. Not in the centre of town but only a $1 tuk tuk ride into Beer Street. ( via Grab) . Lovely place to come back to after a hot day visiting the temples.

Cons:

Breakfast was average.

Pros:

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter organisieren Fahrer ubd Touren in die Umgebung. Restaurant tagsüber geöffnet, erfrischender Pool nach dem Besuch der Tempel in Angkor.

Little tropical secret

I selected this resort as it is family owned. Wanted to support local entrempeneurs. What a surprise!
The staff is amazing!
From the moment I made my booking, they contacted me immediately, helped me to arrange everything; from airport pick up to activities and airport drop off!
Everyone was very friendly, my room was excellent, I had a spa treatment that was incredibly good.
Sopheap, the front desk manager was very nice to greet me in person and be attentive to my needs.
10 out of 10!!!
Everyone should stay here!

A Great Experience!!
Pros:

The customer service was excellent. Before arriving at the hotel, the front desk manager, Sopheap, reached out to us to arrange our airport pickup and day tour. He personally met us upon our arrival and walked us to our rooms. Before leaving Siem Reap, Sopheap also arranged our airport transfer. All the employees were so friendly and extremely helpful. We felt like family. It was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
