Pros:

Wir waren mit dem Hotel rundum zufrieden. Das zimmer war modern und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend und der Service generell toll. Das Personal ist uns sowohl im Restaurant als auch im Café und Kids Club positiv aufgefallen.
Die warmen Pools waren im März großartig. Das Essen war durchweg lecker und auch die Getränkeauswahl sowie der Kaffee sehr gut. Der Kuchen im Café nachmittags hat uns auch überzeugt. Das Gym ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel verlief reibungslos.

Cons:

Der Zoo ist leider nicht empfehlenswert und zeitgemäß. Die Käfige sind teilweise zu klein und nicht artgerecht. Das hat uns nicht gefallen.

Мне понравилось все . Персонал , большие молодцы . Все приветливые, улыбаются, помогают во всем. Территория очень красивая, ухоженная , большая. Все везде безупречно чисто .
Питание, на высшем уровне . В отеле готовят и турекцие и европейские блюда . Есть даже борщ, куриный супчик, сырники и тд . Роллы очень вкусные, они без риса, там сплошная рыба и нори, это супер . Морепродукты каждый день. Креветки, кальмары, лосось , дорадо, мидии, осьминог . Выпечка очень вкусная . И что самое интересное, в ресторане нет запаха приготовления еды, значит вытяжки у них очень сильные . Блюда оформленны красиво и везде чисто . Форма у официантов красивая , чистая .
Повара на высшем уровне .
Алкоголь есть европейский и турецкий . Коктейльная карта очень большая . Очень вкусные коктейли на любой вкус . Есть 2 уличных бассейна , которые подогреваются 28-30 градусов . В номерах убирают каждый день . Постельное белье белоснежное, хорошего качества . В номерах чисто .
Мы ехали в этот отель компагией из 10 человек. Так как отель я выбирала, я очень переживала что вдруг кому-то не понравится, но нет . Мы все просто в восторге. Цена и качество на 10 из 10.
Хоть отель и не новой постройки , но все очень прекрасно в нем .
Планируем в июле снова вернуться в него .
Пляж чистый и длинный . Дно песок и мелкая галька . Мне именно такое дно нравится . В общем, все мы в востроге . Срасибо персоналу и отелю за прекрасный отдых. 😘😩😩

Зоопарк еще есть . Много животных. Для деток чудесно

Decent, tasty, clean but with areas for improvements
Pros:

It was very clean and friendly. The view from our room was stunning. Food - excellent, fresh, rich and tasty, especially more Turkish flavours and dishes. The area - well organised and tidy. I am sure that in the high season it’s full of life and even better!

Cons:

Three main things that lower the score:
- no matter how hard you try, your towels will be replaced every day. Waste of water, disrespect to own rules and to nature all the notes are about.
- even the hotel name is confusing. Heated Aqua Park means two small pools heated up to 27 degrees which is too little to have fun. Slides worked once. We chose this hotel tempted by possibility of having water fun in winter, big disappointment in that regard.
- staff constantly speaking to us in Russian, I understand they are 90% of your guests, but it was weird to excuse ourselves all the time that we do not speak Russian and we do not want to be associated to being Russians.

Worth every penny
Pros:

My husband and I have stayed at 2 other all inclusive hotels in Antalya, but Bellis outshined them BY FAR.
—We loved the private beach access even though it was winter. It was beautiful to walk by the peaceful sea each morning and evening.
—The food was great, but the desserts were definitely the stars of the show.
—The heated pools were fantastic for winter.
—The zoo was fun, we visited twice in 4 days.
—The spa was incredible. They made us a fantastic deal to get 5 massages to split between the 2 of us over our stay.
—The kids park was amazingly well kept and so fun for all ages. We have a baby (less than 1 year) and he loved visiting multiple times a day to swing and slide and ride the little trucks.
—The staff was very attentive in every area of the hotel. Housekeeping even changed our bedding each day which I appreciated.

Cons:

I can’t remember anything significant. Some of the food in the dining area could’ve used more salt, but better to be undersalted than oversalted.

Pros:

Приятная территория, хороший пляж и море. Теплый бассейн на самом деле довольно освежающий, особенно учитывая температуру снаружи в ноябре, но есть хороший крытый бассейн.
Еду хочу похвалить отдельно - исключительно вкусная в любое время дня, сильно порадовал отдельный поздний перекус до часа ночи.
Развлечения стандартные для этого побережья - дискотеки, танцевальные шоу, для детей есть еще зоопарк.

Cons:

При бронировании через букинг в описании номера указано - ‘вид на море’, однако учитывая конфигурацию отеля, номеров с прямым видом на море совсем мало и те, что предложили нам, были в лучшем случае ‘вид на море через щель между балконами’. Пришлось отстаивать свои права, когда хотелось приехать и отдыхать - это, конечно, подпортило впечатление.
Кроме этого в несезон тот шаттл, что ходит до ближайшего города, в ноябре, как оказалось, не ходит, и до отеля можно добраться только на такси, а цены раза в два выше, чем в Анталии. Поскольку вокруг отеля на несколько километров только другие отели, то выбраться куда-то погулять и посмотреть окрестности - идея не самая хорошая.

Безупречный выбор в Белеке
Pros:

Понравилось все! Прежде всего отличное местоположение - недалеко от аэропорта и от Парка Легенд. Отличный сервис, обслуживание, кухня. Двухместная комната возможно не такая большая, если селиться с ребенком, но для двоих места достаточно. Официанты обслуживают без претензий на чаевые круглосутчно - будь вы в столовой, в баре на пляже или в лаунже или у сцены вечером. Анимация не дала заскучать даже нашему ребенку 12 лет, который у удовольствием проводил время в мини-клубе общаясь с аниматорами. Еда заслуживает отдельных похвал - морепродукты, мясные блюда, апельсиновый фреш на завтрак, ну и конечно же десерты - все эти пункты безупречны. Однозначно вернусь снова, если будет заманчивое предложение. Еще отмечу море - купались в конце октября каждый день, но для любителей теплой воды - есть горки с подогревом. Также очень удобная пляжная линия - обошли все пляжи по соседству - в Белис самая комфортная песчаная линия.

Cons:

Нет предела совершенству, поэтому посоветую так держать и не еще больше повышать уровень сервиса и самого отеля.

Upon our arrival, the hotel facilities were thoroughly explained to us. The restaurant was clean and offered a great variety of delicious dishes. The rooms were tidy and comfortable. The swimming pool had warm water, and the water slides were very enjoyable. The beach was nice, and the pier was excellent.The evening shows were different and exciting every night, especially for both children and adults

Cons:

guests were not allowed to take drinks or food outside the restaurant, which was a bit inconvenient for my mother since walking was difficult for her. Also, there were no spoons, forks, or glasses available in the room.
