Fabulous!! It was everything we wanted and needed
Pros:

This accommodation offer truly fulfilled all our needs and exceeded our expectations.
We were 5 days in Tuscany planning to explore Florence city only in 1 day (we will be back). Priority was to mainly relax in an accommodation in a quiet surroundings well connected to Florence at a affordable price, Rocca Palazzaccio ticked all requirements.
The pool was a big plus, Tuscany is so hot during summer time, my holidays wouldn’t be so enjoyable if not having the opportunity to refresh myself daily once in Tuscany.
The property is super charming and is set in a beautiful green landscape, peaceful and inspiring.
The staff in-site exceeded our expectations, was extremely available and genuinely happy to help. Special thanks to the 2 ladies working in property every morning, they really made us feel welcomed and that the well-being of our stay were important for them, great assets.

O locatie excelenta
Pros:

Totul a fost minunat. Apartamentul mare, spatios, modern complet echipat. Locatia este de vis. Piscina exterioara (minunata vara), numeroase locuri exterioare ptr socializare cu prietenii. Check-in/out complet electronic foarte convenabil. Acces la Firenze si imprejurimi. Recomand!

Cons:

Doar ca o recomandare: aerisirile de ventilatie multiple fac ca sa se piarda foarte multa caldura din camera, mai ales in sezonul rece. Practic pe acele aerisiri intra aer foarte rece de afara. La noi in apartament erau vreo 3. Poate ar trebui analizata aceasta situatie si gasita o solutie mai potrivita de ventilare naturala a incaperilor.

Δεν μας άρεσε η τοποθεσία είχε θέα αλλά για να φτάσουμε εκεί είχε ένα στενό δρομάκι ανηφορικό πρόσβαση με το αυτοκίνητο δεν υπήρχε και αναγκαστικά κουβαλούσαμε για αρκετά μέτρα ανηφορας τις αποσκευές.......

Location ottima per visitare Firenze, comoda all'autostrada e dotata di parcheggio interno.
Pros:

Ambienti moderni, puliti e dotati dei comfort essenziali ( wi fi , parcheggio interno, smart tv, climatizzatore, cucina con elettrodomestici e stoviglie, microonde, macchina caffè) .

Lpcation was nice. Private free secured parking

Cons:

The mattres was not clean. The pillows and the curtain behind the bed was dirty with hairs of previous person who stayed. No hot water and as their is no one at the property so we can not contact personally anyone for help
