Great place, great location poorly managed and poor staff coordination lets the place down.

I thought it was a great place but disappointed with the staff

Cons:

Upon arrival, there was only one staff member at the front desk, and they were on a personal call, so I waited approx 15mins. I asked about wifi, and they said on the card, which is OK, but on logging in to the guest wifi I got no internet and no prompt to complete a login procedure. Sometimes this can be related to the platform, so I tried my cell, tablet and laptop, no success. It was late, so I just gave up.
In the morning, they were confused about a shuttle ride to the airport. The vehicle was sitting outside, but the front desk couldn't find the driver. They called a manager up front. He asked if I had signed the book the night before, which was on a nearby table. I said no as no one asked me about the shuttle and told me about the book. The manager's attitude was clearly that this was my fault. Meanwhile, the original desk clerk did find the driver, and he was very pleasant and happy to drive just me.

We needed to be close to the airport and we really enjoyed the hotel.
Pros:

Location was great for what we needed, lots of options close by for food. Staff were extremely friendly and easy to talk with. The room was a good size for our family.

Cons:

We would have liked to have had access to a EV charger as we were coming from out of town.

The hotel is good, closed to lots of restaurant.

Cons:

Seeing the lobby and everything else about the hotel, my partner and I had good expectations but once walking in the room it wasn’t anything spectacular. The room wasn’t really cleaned. Patio door was dirty, cups were dirty, bathroom wall, seems like there was toothpaste spot everywhere. Dust around the toilet and under the sink. Overall it was good. I’ll definitely come back, the Chop restaurant was a good and fun experience.
