Отличный отель с внимательным персоналом. Очень быстро помогли нам зарегистрироваться ночью. Очень большой выбор косметики в лобби, там же можно взять расчески, бритвы и тп. Завтраки вкусные, для любителей красной икры и угря, прям рай. Они там в неограниченном количестве ежедневно. Остальные тоже найдут, что поесть) номера очень чистые и просторные, расположение идеальное. Сразу выходишь к магазинчикам, кафе и ресторанам.

Breakfast could have been better. Omelettes served cold with no one making them on request. Harried staff - seemed short-staffed and stretched so not a good ambiance for dining.

Nice, friendly, clean.. would stay again
Pros:

Huge language barrier which is expected. Banging noises from engineering working waking us up, contacted receptionist who was apologetic but nothing was done… happened couple of times…

Hotel wifi drips out when you trying to pay for washing and drying via the app

Pros:

Location is awesome! So much to do in the neighbourhood and close to a train station so we could easily explore Kyoto. The hotel was nice, very clean, and above a 7/11 for convenience.
