no teniamos toallas y tardaron 1h en traerlas. para poder contactar con recepcion hemos tenido que llamar 5 veces. Wifi no funcionaba. TV no pudimos ver nada ya que Wifi no iba. La imagen de los canales libres en la TV se ve pixelada, manchada. No nos dejaron entrar en las piscinas con yacuzzi al lado de nuestro bloque

Pros:

We were unhappy with the room, and it was changed the following day with an upgrade (a river view). The staff were very responsive and friendly. Good location.

Cons:

Initially, we were accommodated in a room where there was a sewage smell in the bathroom, the ventilation system was extremely loud (it was impossible to sleep), and there was a burning smell whenever the heating was turned on.

The key card kept losing its charge, and we had to have it re-magnetized almost every day.
