Pros:

Great location friendly staff
Good breakfast hotel was clean throughout
Facilities were excellent.

Cons:

Only thing I didn't like was the coffee at breakfast served out of flasks.

Perfect for my needs.
Pros:

We arrived before check in time, expecting we would just drop off bags, but to our delight we were told our room was available. We didn't use any of the hotel's facilities as our trip was focussed elsewhere, but I would certainly stay at this hotel again if we needed to stay in their area of London.

Great stay, more Gluten Free options would be appreciated
Pros:

The staff were helpful, the location was very good. Close to a tube station and in a quiet area which is great when travelling with children. The pool was also a big hit.

Cons:

The showers were very temperamental, the water was either scalding or freezing. There were also limited gluten free options for my daughter. I’d emailed ahead of time to ask if there would be provisions and was advised there were. There were GF cornflakes on our first morning - no GF cereal on the second. There was GF bread which was great but we had to ask for it. For a hotel of that size I felt there could have been more options made available. We’ve stayed in other hotels which have had GF cereals in abundance, GF muffins, croissants, pancakes and sausages available.

Water water everywhere but not a drop to drink
Pros:

Location and nearby store and restaurants. Boat pier and tube stations not far off

Cons:

Water is provided only as a welcome item. After that you buy your own water or fill up weird tasting water at the lobby. You will not get help with baggage because they are under staffed. I had the honour of being told I could use the trolley on my own. A very unique hotel that doesn't follow norms

Pros:

Location well placed to explore Battersea and Chelsea. Did not go to spa and wellness.

Cons:

Shower in deluxe kings could do with upgrade . Room prices do vary a lot prior to stay .
