Great location, clean and great value for money.
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to Battersea power station, clean decent size rooms. Once you reach hotel it’s peaceful, river is stones throw away.

Cons:

Room service menu is expensive especially once you add tray charge and service charge it adds up.
They advertise it as a spa but really it’s a pool with steam sauna not a spa. But the pool and steam sauna were nice.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great location with Battersea Power Station behind the hotel with shops, restaurants, entertainment and the Chimney experience and Battersea Park in front. We had a room at the front of the hotel which was very quiet.
We didn't use the spa this time but we have in the past and enjoyed it very much.

Cons:

I didn’t have anything not to like I would have liked to be top floor but there is a price to that but the room I had was lovely and I couldn’t complain about anything I was happy

Still here and staying a little longer. Amazing 🤩
Pros:

On arrival I was greeted warmly by the front desk, being the first to arrive from the party of x2.
They were very accommodating and genuinely respectful. I was not feeling too well and sat in the bar area waiting for the room to be ready as I had arrived rather earlier than expected. I asked a member of staff if I could get a hot drink. At that point feeling faint and unwell. The bar was not opening for another hour or so and the member of staff named Rakshitha kindly brought me a hot green tea which revived me to no end, cleverly avoiding a medical mishap.
So thoughtful, she even suggested I have the tea in a takeaway cup in case I needed to go out, which I did eventually for fresh air.
Absolutely impressed with the service so far, we booked another nights stay rather than moving hotels. The front of house also went out of their way to help us keep the same room. I would definitely recommend this hotel wholeheartedly! Thank you for your service.

Cons:

Thought paint work to cupboards needed a touch up as scuffed. Ended up in a disablled room so showering caused a few issues initially with a wet floor & water on the wash basin counter. Could a screen be fitted between wash basin & shower?
