Nice location comfortable hotel
Pros:

Comfortable beds, very good choice of breakfast, not far walk into town centre and nice walks and views by river, I like the new self check in with key code.

Cons:

Be good if you could self check in for the car parking and pay your self.

De locatie is prima en mooi uitzicht op de Thames.

Cons:

Het klimaat was erg slecht. Het was koud, overal enkelglas, bij iedere tafel een elektrische kachel i.p.v. centrale verwarming. Ook de kamers was gedateerd en een veel te lage douche met douchegordijn valt mij erg tegen.

There was no hot food the rooms erre very cold no heating but they bought me a mobile heater the staff were very good

Location was good for access to shops and restaurants, nice view right by the river too.

Cons:

No tea or coffee in the room and the bathroom was not clean. Checking in was a painful process too.

Pros:

Bed extremely comfortable had an awesome sleep

Cons:

Dirty cup left on tray .

Also couldn't use bath as disabled.

Unable to have breakfast. I know I had option to book in the morning. However noone was in the dining room,and staff member asked kitchen and they said no service now. It was 9.50am.
Only wanted cereal and tea and 10 mins to go before 10.00 shut off time. Felt this was unreasonable and made me question coming back here again.

Met my needs perfectly
Pros:

Good location for me as I was picking up my car from workshop over the Thames. Peaceful room with a river view, and excellent value.

Cons:

Promised email with check in details didn’t arrive but I only had to wait 2 minutes for staff to check me in so wasn’t a big deal.

Shower didnt work
Pros:
