A beautiful hotel, great location. Wonderful spa/pool area. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Disappointed to be charged 9chf per night for parking outside at the hotel. Expected this to be included in a quality hotel of this size.

sehr enttäuschend! 4-Sterne gibt es definitiv nicht für Service und Freundlichkeit

An sich ein schönes Haus, das wars auch schon.

Cons:

Wo soll ich anfangen... Check-in unfreundlich, der Herr ist nur widerwillig von seinem Büro nach vorn gekommen. Rezeption grundsätzlich so gut wie nie besetzt. Im Wellness auch nicht. Massage buchen? Viel Glück! Mitarbeitende beim Frühstück wie Zombies, ziehen ein Gesicht als wäre dies der schlimmste Job ihres Lebens, keine Begrüssung, nichts. Frühstück selbst mässig. Erstaunlicherweise wurde zum Wochenende doch mehr angeboten, da gabs plötzlich Obstsalat und Pancakes, in der Woche harte Brötchen, halb roher Speck und 2, max 3 Sorten Aufschnitt und Käse. Wellness in die Jahre gekommen und nicht einladend, genau wie der Fitnessraum. Viele Familien mit Kindern, wodurch es insbesonere im Wellness und beim Zmorge sehr laut ist. Und natürlich muss jeder Schritt des Nachwuchses mit dem Handy festgehalten werden, auch im Wellness. Und da die Kleinen ja tagsüber Hunger bekommen, werden morgens fleissig stapelweise Sandwiches gemacht und mitgenommen.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit bequemen Betten und einem tollen Pool.
Pros:

Ausblick auf die Berge, Essenssaal, Pool-Landschaft, ruhig, bequeme Betten

Cons:

Öffnungszeiten Fitness, schon um 19 Uhr zu! Personal im Alpensand Restaurant kannte sich mit den Zutaten der Gerichte nicht aus. Auch das Personal am desk könnte proaktiv informativer sein.
