非常喜歡，還遇到了同國家的櫃檯人員，有種當自己家的氛圍
Pros:

1. 早餐很多選項，也補得很勤勞，更優的是早餐之前的 手沖咖啡及蔬果汁提供給非用餐的早起住客
2. 大眾澡堂乾淨，開放時間也長，還會提供貼紙，供有刺青的人使用，泡澡完還有按摩椅可以使用！
3. 櫃台有保養品、棉花棒、髮帶等一次性用品可以自由取用，如果臨時需要也不擔心，還有小伴手禮可以買。
4. 有人工及自助式櫃檯，滿友善內向或予以不通的住客。
5. check in的時候 櫃檯看到護照會馬上切換語言，很貼心！

Cons:

房間數很多，建築物其實很長，這次剛好住在最末端，因此上下樓、搭電梯比較遠

Pros:

Our five-night stay was very good, with great check-in service and staff who were always there to help.
We stayed in a suite, and the room was big and very comfortable, with a large bathroom and a separate toilet.
The complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks were a nice touch.
Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including a chef who cooked eggs to your liking. The fresh fruit and steamed vegetables were a great way to start the day.
The onsen was large and always hot — perfect after a cold day of exploring around Kyoto.
The hotel is very close to cafés, bars, and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk to Nishiki Market and the main shopping streets.
We would definitely stay here again.
