Average room, shocking service.
Pros:

The room was clear and tidy.

Cons:

The staff, the battle with the front desk over an invoice was an unnecessary and the team took my questions are personal and responded in a rude way.
The limescale on the appliances and shower were particularly poor, the air con didn't work and I wasn't provided any items to wash up with. Hard when it's a self catering room?

Pros:

Airport shuttle very useful. Short uber to Whitehorn ctrain for access downtown

Cons:

Rooms not serviced during our stay. No breakfast, advised to pay for breakfast at Moxies

Disappointed with Sandman.
Pros:

It’s a convenient location to the airport.

Cons:

I was told by the hotel that the airport shuttle does rounds and would be stopping by to pick up guests at the airport. I waited for over an hour and nobody showed. I decided to call the hotel which took forever because all the phone numbers I found led to the reservation site, not the hotel.
I couldn’t find any number for the actual hotel. Thank goodness the reservation site tried to help me otherwise I would still be standing there waiting.

Will book this place again
Pros:

Room was big and clean, bed was comfortable. Airport shuttle was convenient and the waiting was reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The AC was noisy and I have to turn it off.
