No AC in the rooms. Noisy outside so opening the window was not an option

Each and every member of staff that we encountered were warm helpful and so friendly.
The only thing that I did not like about the hotel, and it was a very minor detail, was, that they did not supply shampoos in their leisure centre shower room.

I was disappointed with my stay. The room was far too small for three people and felt cramped throughout our visit. The lack of ventilation also made the room uncomfortably hot.
The TV was outdated, the carpet was stained, and the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned to an acceptable standard. In particular, the shower base and shower door were visibly dirty.
When we asked for a fan, we were told that none were available. I was also informed that hotels in Ireland do not have air conditioning, which I know is not the case, as The Kingsley Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms.
I travel frequently for work and stay in hotels every week, so I have a broad experience of what guests should reasonably expect.
Overall, I would give this hotel a 4/10. Having held my wedding reception here 19 years ago, I had hoped for a better experience. Unfortunately, the hotel appears not to have progressed much over the years.
I have stayed in the Rochestown lodge Hotel in Dublin which is a 4 star Hotel and I have to say 10/10

La posizione era comoda per gli spostamenti e la colazione buona. Comodo anche avere il ristorante all’interno.
La camera era caldissima e senza la possibilità di aprire la finestra se non a ribalta. La vista dalla camera era un tetto piatto con container. Il lenzuolo di sotto del terzo letto era più corto del materasso e quindi non riusciva a coprirlo tutto. Il bagno era pulito ma decisamente vecchio.
