Room and breakfast was pleasant, shuttle service was awful.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had good options. Most of the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The shuttle was awful! The main reason I booked the hotel was because of the shuttle pick up from the airport. We arrived at 9:14pm and we didn’t get picked up till 2 hours later! The driver made excuses as to why it had taken his so long to pick us up blaming us and being aggressively rude to me ( a woman) and my daughter. To make matters worse, our driver was watching videos on his phone while driving the entire time.
The trip was to visit a college my daughter will be attending in the fall. We are planning on making several more trips to New York but I will never book this hotel again because of the night time shuttle driver.
In the morning I tried calling the front desk to use the morning shuttle but never got an answer. I went downstairs 10 minutes later at exactly 6:03am and was told the next shuttle would not leave till 6:30 because the last one left at 6am yet the driver and van were parked in front of the entrance.
I had to call an uber to make my flight.
Horrible experience with the shuttle service!

Adequate. Met requirements of having a shuttle & close to airport.
Pros:

Breakfast was just OK. Good choices, but not very appetizing. Room was very pedestrian. Shuttle was great. Drivers were friendly & helpful. Room was fine. Clean & plenty of room.

Cons:

Recommended restaurants were not close to hotel. Right around the corner was a deli that would have been perfect. Ordered from an Italian restaurant that the food came cold & late.
