Pros:

The room was good and clean. Location is good, close to the beach. Big and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Front office staff needs to learn basic hospitality. Simple things as "hello" or "welcome" would be great. Room is not fully equipped. No facial tissue, bidet is sucked, no water coming out.

Room was very dirty, bathroom was putrid hair all over bathroom taps floor and toilet. No hot water or pressure. Mould on the walls in room and common areas. Booking issue was unresolved and when staff were approached to resolve both Booking and amenity issues staff actually laughed and us.

I somehow double booked, ab hotel said too bad and refusing to assist.
Mould and disgusting bathroom, no hot water. Pubic hair on bathroom walls ,sink and shower
Rude staff to the point last night the man laughed thinking my situation was funny.
Thank God I only stayed 1 night

Pros:

Conveniently located in Central area of Kuta where you can find everything and anything within walking distance, yet not too noisy. I am doing Hotels hopping for my entire duration here in Kuta, Bali; among the comparable budget Hotels, I'd say I'm getting the most value for the buck here at AB Hotel, $15/night for a Premium room is unbeatable (perhaps could be because they are doing Renovations), rooms could use some updating but is very very bright and spacious, definitely recommended.

Only 1 night here just for transit to take a shuttle bus to Gili Islands . the room quite nice but need some reasons to fix it and more important also for the services

Cons:

Not mean I didn't like, but the service really need to make it better.
✓ The room door and bathroom need to fix
✓The house keeping Never forget to put like the towels and else in guest room before check in

✓The receptionist need more friendly, even to Local or tourists. but this morning one of the receptionist is friendly when I did check out
