The key cards are crap. I had to dog get my card fixed 3or 4 times. This is a known problem that management isn’t fixing/upgrading
2elevators. 1 broken indefinitely
Not real clean. - old property need serious attention. Pool area and the location on beach are great.
I won’t stay here again

The Beach Comber Inn was clean, roomy, in an excellent location, and a great value!
Pros:

The location, right on the beach, was excellent. The room was huge with a sleeping area, lounging area, and a lovely private balcony. The room was super clean and comfortable.

We was on 2nd floor so had a awesome view from our balcony.
Pros:

Breakfast was not provided.
They said they had free coffee down in lobby.

Cons:

The parking was sometimes difficult.
They do need more parking for the guest .

The location was great. The room was very nice.

Cons:

Had to ask for towels 4 or 5 times then STILL had to go down and get our own. 3 towels and 2 washcloths is NOT enough for 3 people for 6 days!!

Absolutely horrible , won’t be back!

Nothing at all … it was nice that it was right on the beach , but other than that , absolutely nothing

Cons:

Staff wasn’t friendly , room was absolutely disgusting, dirty, wasn’t cleaned .. pull out couch bed was literally disgusting! Door was messed up and wouldn’t stay closed .. key card kept deactivating for whatever reason .. the elevator on one side was out of order the whole time we were there, so it was hard to get up and down the elevator due to everyone needing to get on it.. property is supposed to be a non-smoking facility, yet everyone was smoking , weed included , it was so strong you couldn’t even enjoy sitting out on the balcony.. and that’s just some of the issues !

It’s a beautiful place and location. Highly recommend this hotel! Can’t wait to visit again soon!
Pros:

Prime location, comfortable, clean rooms. Our room had stove, oven, full-size refrigerator and microwave.
The lower floors are beachfront, but some have palm trees in front of the window, so you can’t really see the view. They were nice enough to move us to the seventh floor, which had an incredible view of the ocean!Staff really strive to please! Excellent text communication!

Cons:

The pool hours were horrible! Because it was spring break the pool/hot tub curfew was at dusk, unfortunately, it was around 6 PM. They said it was for everyone safety but there was unfair families couldn’t enjoy the facilities in the evenings.
Pool towels were in short supply and they often ran out.
Also, although all the rooms are beachfront with a balcony and ocean view, the beds are not in that room, so it’s not like you can lay in bed and see the ocean.
