Blizina centra i tramvajske stanice, velicina apartmana, veličina ormara, čistoca app pri dolasku, opremljenost apartmana, rasvjeta.

Cons:

Kod boravaka dužih od tri dana, trebali bi zamijeniti ručnike. Idealno svaki drugi dan
Dorucak je loše kvalitete sa malim izborom, a kava vrlo loša (naročito kad uzmemo u obzir da kafić ima imidž južnje amerike i uzgoja kave).
Trebalo bi jasnije naglasiti što sve ide u cijenu, što je uz doplatu i koliko.

tolle Lage, schöne Küchenzeile mit Kaffee-/Teeangebot, gemütliche Einrichtung, gute Badausstattung (Shampoo, Föhn,..), genügend Staurraum, guter Raum für Gepäckaufbewahrung nach Check-Out, sehr sauber

Cons:

ein Platz (Teppich, Tasse, etc.) um die nassen Schuhe abstellen zu können wäre toll, da der gesamte Vorraum/Küchenbereich mit den nassen Schuhen sofort dreckig wurde, etwas laut wegen der Straßenbahn, Fitnessbereich zu kalt für Wintermonate

Luxus pur! Wohlfühlen garantiert!
Pros:

Luxus pur: Wunderschönes, sauberes und geschmackvoll-modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Es war alles da was man braucht und alles war super erklärt(wohin mit dem Müll, wie funktionieren Geräte etc.). Ein rundum gutes Gefühl. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch, dass 2 Fitnessstudio Karten zur Verfügung standen und man kostenfrei und jeden Tag eines von vielen Fitnessstudios in der Gegend nutzen konnte. An dieser Unterkunft in Katajanokka ist auch noch besonders positiv hervorzuheben, dass ein 24Std. geöffneter Supermarkt im gleichen Gebäude ist und man sich super schnell und leicht versorgen kann und bei Minustemperaturen nicht zwingend in die Kälte muss. Das optionale Frühstück war ebenfalls lecker und besonders und empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat!

This is a great short-stay residence, within walking distance of the ferry terminal, the old and new markets, and other central spots in Helsinki. What makes this property exceptional are its outstanding building amenities: a 24/7 supermarket right downstairs, a restaurant with a reasonably priced buffet, a saloon, a bar, and even an excellent massage studio.

Cons:

If you’re a tourist not used to a no-reception setup and relying on entrance PIN codes, you may experience a small culture shock at first. At the property, you’ll enter using a unique code for access to the building entrance, the elevator, the floor door, and your room.

Pros:

Toplage für die City und Fähre nach Talinn, Größe des Appartements, bequeme neue Betten.

Cons:

Sauna stylisch aber nicht zuende gedacht- schließt nicht ab und gibt Hitze komplett in Schlafebene ab. Kontakt mit Chat führt nicht zu Lösungen und dauert zu lange.Heiz/Klima nicht komplett manuell regulierbar. Reinigung bei Ankunft nicht abgeschlossen. Geschirr etc.in der Küche speckig.

Great property in a great location!
Pros:

Location is excellent with the tram stop practically outside the entrance and secure building and apt access. The apt itself was clean and functional.

Cons:

Although this was billed as bed & breakfast rate with the breakfast at a neighborhood cafe, I couldn’t get any information as to what breakfast was being offered by the partner. As I was there for work and had to be up early each morning, I ended up just buying breakfast groceries from the supermarket in the building rather than going to investigate. Even advertising this in the room would help.

After making my initial booking, I was offered an upgrade for a nominal sum. However this was never added to my room rate details and I don’t know if I actually got the upgrade in the end. My enquiry about this went unanswered and the upgrade description didn’t match any of rooms.
