Amazing and the staff made the whole difference.
Pros:

The staff is so friendly and hospitable they are amazing Umit Zoha and Thabet all are really helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the stay. Also, Rooms are really clean.

Great overall experience
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Bentley Bosphorus Hotel. We stayed in the penthouse and everything was just perfect — the space, the view, and the overall experience.

The location is excellent and made getting around so easy.

What really made this stay special was the staff. My son got sick during our trip, and Umit went above and beyond to help me get the medication we needed. Thabet was also incredibly attentive throughout our stay. Their care and support honestly made us feel like we were at home.

Because of how great everything was, we’ve already booked again for June.

Highly recommend this hotel — great people, great service, and a great experience overall

The hotel managements treatment
Cons:

The glass in the shower cabin cracked. All the glass fell on my wife and badly cut her. The manager didn’t even ask how my wife was feeling. They immediately started presenting a bill. The glass broke not because of our fault. The attitude was terrible.
