Pros:

The hotel is 100 meter from Keihan Sanjo or subway. It’s behind the vibrant shijo streets. Really clean. There are cooking materials but cooking smell a bit strong when you sleep. Very friendly host. Check in is fast. Jpy 200 required as a tourist tax per night per person

Great location, near subway station. Close to Gion District, restaurants & shopping. The apartment has a kitchenette, microwave & washing machine. Loved that the bathroom turned into a drying room. Quiet area.

Well done for the pleasant stay

James, the Manager, and the lady staff were extremely helpful, friendly and pleasant to talk to, going out of their way to serve us. Kudos to them!

Pros:

La habitación es más grande de lo habitual en Japón, las camas cómodas y el baño muy bien equipado, con ducha y bañera. Tiene una nevera grande y una zona pequeña de cocina y comedor. Si es necesario puedes alquilar utensilios de cocina por ¥500. También tiene lavadora y te ofrecen detergente gratuito. La ubicación es excelente, una zona tranquila cerca de dos líneas de metro y muchos restaurantes. El personal muy amable. En general nos encantó todo, un 10.

Had a great stay and will definitely be back.
Pros:

Location was great for both quiet sleep and transit access. Room was spacious. Clothes washer and detergent were included! Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Nothing really, everything was above my expectations.

Pros:

The location was great for our needs. There’s also a metro station near that makes it comfortable to see different parts of the city. We booked a room with kitchen and that was good for us. Paying for the thinks to cook maybe don’t make any sense but we knew that before booking. Great experience overall

Pros:

中心地であらゆる観光地にアクセスが良い。鴨川が近くゆっくり散歩したりと最高のロケーションです。家族で滞在するのにちょうど良い広さで、室内にレンジやケトル、コップ類があるのも助かりました。

Cons:

とても良かったのであえてになりますが、部屋にレースカーテンがあれば最高です。

It’s a 10 out of 10 grade hotel.
Pros:

The room and hotel are very clean. The room also has laundry machine with provided laundry detergent. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. This hotel is very close to every thing regarding to restaurants, entertainment and public transportation. We stayed 7 nights here, and definitely will stay here again when we come back in the near future.
