Very strong staff
Pros:

Exceptional staff, very helpful and had our luggage forwarded to our next hotel.
Spoke English very well.
Laundry in room was very nice and lots of space in the room. Near station and places to go

Nitpicking not much of a view. maybe a few carpet stains but nothing crazy

Ottima soluzione per famiglie in un tranquillo quartiere di Kyoto.
Pros:

Piccolo hotel in un tranquillo quartiere di Kyoto, vicino ad un paio di fermate della metro quindi molto comodo per la visita della città e a pochi passi dal quartiere di Pontocho che si raggiunge con una piacevole camminata. In zona sono presenti numerosi ristorantini e combini, compreso un tradizionale sento pubblico nella via a fianco per chi fosse interessato ad una autentica esperienza local. La stanza era pulita, abbastanza spaziosa, dotata di piccola cucina e lavatrice in camera. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale con impianto che consente anche l'asciugatura degli indumenti. Il personale ci ha accolto con professionalità e gentilezza. Ottima soluzione per famiglie per la visita di Kyoto.

Cons:

Sarebbe gradita la costante presenza fisica alla reception che si può solo contattare attraverso un tablet.

LAUNDRY MACHINE IN THE ROOM WAS SUCH A GIFT 💛💛💛 It felt more like a small studio apartment, especially with the balcony and kitchenette. Stay was very nice. And I enjoyed the location it felt easy enough to walk to most places and pretty close to the train station.

Lit un peu mou personnellement . Le propriétaire et le personnel sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute.

Pros:

L’emplacement était top, proche de beaucoup de ligne de train et de métro.
