A peaceful and comfortable location. The staff are very friendly and helpful — they assist with everything. They can also arrange car transfers and scooter rentals.

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave you free shuttle service to different areas of Padangbai. The room was clean and comfortable and the owner was very friendly and informative.

Kaikin puolin oikein hyvä hotelli kohtuu hintaan!
Pros:

Ihana ystävällinen henkilökunta! Hotelliin kuului myös kuljetukset Padang bain alueelle tiettyinä aikoina. Se oli hyvä bonus! Hotellihuone oli oikein siisti.

Pros:

Accueil chaleureux, nous avons pu avoir la chambre un peu plus tôt que prévu.
Plusieurs marches pour accéder aux chambres. Chambre propre, spacieuse mais salle de bains petite!
Un peu de bruit de la route.
À 3minutes en scooter du centre ville.
Bon point de chute avant de prendre le bateau mais sinon pas grand intérêt hormis blue Lagon

Room is clean and neat. Staff are helpful. Good location. I'd say this place is really good value for money. And recommended for a short stay before departure from or after arrival at Padang Bai port

Cons:

Breakfast was rather dissapointing, not sure what sort of oil they use but all the fried eggs and sandwiches were not good at all, unfortunately.

Only stayed one night as we were getting the boat the next morning, so was close to the pier
Hotel provides a free shuttle service to the pier which was very helpful as online taxis aren’t allowed in the area

Cons:

Nothing around the hotel so not many food options or shops nearby

Could do with more pillows😂😂 bed is massive and only have one small pillow each and a decorative one

We sliepen hier omdat we de volgende dag met de boot naar Lombok gingen. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en ze bieden een gratis shuttle service aan naar de boot wat heel fijn is. Ontbijt was ook inbegrepen.

Great hospitality! Beautiful views, lush gardens and flowers all around. Nice clean pool. Clean room. Balcony. Enclosed bathroom. Plenty of storage space, clothes hangers.
