Cons:

Hotel is trying to be kind to offer welcome drinks with IC card to customers , but I feel very bad when I checked out, the front desk gentleman fined me $500 yen like a policeman for not returning IC card after I explained it’s left inside the machine and I couldn’t find it after I returned to the drink machine. I can understand loosing a card may be additional cost to hotel and front desk maybe blamed, so I paid the $500 yen fine and left, but I would rather don’t use such service like a trap, never seen this in other hotels.

Convenient location
Pros:

The property was clean and located a short walk from Tokyo station which was convenient for our day trips and sight seeing.
There were free drinks and snacks in the dining room and the space was fabulous for when we felt like dining in. There are so many great food options at the station.

Cons:

Our family of 4 slept in the one room for 5 nights. We probably needed more space for this period of time. Perhaps 2 nights wouldve been ok.
