Great location, family-friendly, and excellent value for money.
Pros:

The location is great, with shopping areas very nearby and a Lawson convenience store just around the corner. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very child-friendly, which was perfect for our family. Overall, it offers great value for the price.

Nothing much to complain about—it was a pleasant stay overall.

The location is unbeatable as it is near Tokyo station, underground shopping and Takashimaya.

They go the extra mile by providing drinks, snacks, tea cakes at the dining floor. Free sake tasting (1 per pax) too.

Pros:

The place is about 400m from tokyo station. Rooms were spacious and they provided a lounge area with good selection of drinks, food and snacks. Clean rooms and definitely family friendly.

Cons:

Pricy. It was the most expensive room in my whole Journey. But it was near tokyo station, dont know if its justified.

Pros:

We were kindly upgraded to a larger room for free! Hotel was just a couple of minutes walk from the nearest Tokyo Station exit. Perfect for overnighting in Tokyo before the next destination. The room was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly and attentive. Bonus little lounge with complimentary snacks and one free sake was a really nice touch! Highly recommend.

The entire stay is very pleasant. Front desk staff is very helpful in booking cabs and our request for wine opener

Шикарное расположение. Очень чисто, свежо. Все есть. Рядом есть кофейни с нормальным европейским завтраком. Сразу несколько конбини рядом.

Good rooms, great location, lounge for drinks not open for morning coffee.
Pros:

Location and daily cleaning. Lounge for drinks was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was just okay. No miso or rice. Signs for breakfast and snack lounge showed donuts, which there wasn’t any ever. They were very strict about allowing guests into the lounge at breakfast, even for coffee. One member of our party didn’t have a breakfast coupon because they weren’t given directly to her and she wasn’t allowed to have coffee until the person who had been given all the passes returned.
