Pros:

La ubicación, el hotel está muy bien localizado....La atención es excelente. Siempre nos sentimos como en casa.

Comfortable to its value. Swimming pool good.

Location is great, walking distance to Centro, and muelle. Great for people that like to take walks.

Although the staff was nice, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Pros:

Bed and good water pressure

Cons:

Horrible noise from drilling or washing machines in the building. Room had no reading lamp, just light from hallway, no cups, no hair dryer (although I requested one and they did give it to me), crepe like toilet paper. And I had a buzzing noise from the circuit breaker box.

Pros:

The rooftop pool and the terrace are fantastic. The best feature of the property. The staff at the front desk were all super nice and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the few days I was there there was construction in the laundry on the first floor and at 8:15 each morning. Jackhammer sounds.

Personale gentile e buona posizione, non in centro ma vicino.

Cons:

il piano terra dell'hotel è una lavanderia, la mia camera non aveva alcuna vista sull'esterno. La finestra del bagno dava sulla lavanderia (arrivava solo caldo e umidità) mentre quella della stanza era un vetro sul corridoio quindi zero aerazione.

Good basic value room.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Great shower. Great ac. Great pool.Great location.

Cons:

Room not as pictured. Window view was a brick wall.Center room across from other rooms bathroom so could hear everything! Place was empty so don't understand why they gave me this room and not one with the balcony or even the one in the picture.

En la habitación anteriormente tenía cafetera y frigobar y ahora está ocasión ya no. También la TV. Solo YouTube no tiene cable. Antes de amanecer mucho ruido de carros y las cortinas filtran mucha claridad a la habitación, cosa que no me agrado

Pros:

La alberca, tenía buena temperatura en el agua, aunque no supe si el jacuzzi era automático o si se prendía de algún lado

La regadera del cuarto dónde me quedé, tiene buena presión, sin embargo, cambie de cuarto y no salía con esa presión.

Cons:

El espacio de la habitación, no cuenta con tv de cable y el internet es extremadamente lento (aunque dice que es de alta velocidad), el cobro de 300 pesos al llegar
