Zimmer enttäuschend
Pros:

Lage für mein Vorhaben sehr gut.
Frühstück nicht genutzt.
Rezeption sehr freundlich

Cons:

Sehr warmes (eher heißes) Zimmer, keine Klimaanlage, nur ein wackeliger und sehr lauter Ventilator.
Außenrolle defekt, ließ sich nicht hochziehen, um Luft ins Zimmer zu lassen.

Location. It is right next to the Ubahn Station.

Cons:

No wifi, I had problems with a light and the safe deposit box. Pillows weren’t that comfy.

There were nobody at the reception when I arrived, then I called the reception number so the worker could come to the reception area.

When he checked my info up on the computer he said that he can not se that I have a booking… it took him around 15-20 minutes til he found my booking. And I had my wife and 2 kids, the oldest is no more than 2 years waiting out in the car at 4.30 AM - we had a late arrival which I wrote a message her on Booking and informed that.

When he gave us the key, we went to the room and here is the surprise, there were somebody sleeping on the bed! We ran down to the receptionist he was surprised by his mistake… then he gave us a key for another room… I took my tired family to the room and yupti in the new room the bathroom wc water is tuning without stopping. I tried to press to reset the water but nothing helped. My family was so tired they were already on the bed.. I went alone down to the receptionist and told him about the water, that we can not sleep of the water sound and we can not use the wc because of the water issue… then he said and asked - does the sound really bother you is it a problem? Of course it does and it is not only the sound it’s also that we can not use the bathroom!


He gave us an another room and at 06.00 am we all went to sleep it took us around a hour to get a room we have paid for. And when he gave me the key then he said remember to check out t at 11.00 - I was like wtf! Are kidding, we just wasted around an hour and we already late in the morning. Then I told him that I would like to have more time so could sleep. Then he gave us to 1 pm after confirming that with his colleague that he was talking with on the phone for nearly most of the time while he was fixing our problems.

All in all it was a really bad experience and we will not come again.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Pros:

Mir war es neu zwecks der Reinigung das man es erwähnen muss aus Umweltgründen nur auf Anforderung das Zimmer zu reinigen.Ansonsten fang ich es Schade das es hieß Zimmer Klimatisiert,aber in Wirklichkeit nur Ventilator.Man konnte zwar die Zimmer durch Vorhängen abdunkeln.Leider kein
Fliegengitter an den Fenstern ,die waren abgebaut,da hin noch was dran.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl war defekt dann ging er wieder nur die Etagen hatte er nicht oder teilweise angezeigt.

pas de clim mais une colonne d'air frais dans la chambre
Lit confortable
Salle de bain correcte

Cons:

Pas de mini bar pour mettre de l'eau au frais et pas de plateau de courtoisie avec une bouilloire.
Le restaurant ne propose que des snacks.

Cons:

Camera priva di area condizionata, e il parcheggio non è compreso ( nn costa poco) fortunatamente si trova posto nelle strade intorno alla struttura

Il fatto che ci sia una palestra

Cons:

Non c'era un aria condizionata. Hanno messo un ventilatore vecchio che non funzionava bene. La camera era vecchia e non curata bene da tempo. Non vale le 4 stelle che dà.
