Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Majority of staff did not understand English and when you had to explain what you said went off a spoke to their other staff in German, this was especially the tall lady that worked night at the front desk

Bis auf die Hellhörigkeit passte alles.

Cons:

Pourquoi le personnel d'étage as-il réveillé tous les clients a 08h10 du matin un dimanche?

Déplus, ils ont commencé a ranger une de nos 3 chambres alors que l'on prenait notre petit déjeuner. Nous n'avions pas fait le check out. Le personnel devait être au courant. Nous devions pouvoir profiter de nos chambres jusqu'à midi.

O hotel estava dentro das nossas expectativas em relação custo x qualidade x praticidade.
Atendeu o que precisavamos em relação aos quartos e também pelo fato de ter facilidade de estacionamento, próximo a metro e mercados.

Cons:

A recepcionista do turno do final de tarde foi bem antipatica conosco em todas as ocasiões. Os demais funcionarios foram muito gentis.
