Zweckmäßige Unterkunft für kurzurlauber oder Seminare
Pros:

Die Lage ist zwar nicht die Schönste, aber es ist am Wochenende relativ ruhig und die Nähe zu u-bahn und s-bahn ist superpraktisch. Viele Bäume rundherum sorgen auch dafür, dass es sich nicht so aufheizt in der Umgebung.
Die Zimmer und das bad sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und das Bett ist bequem. Der Fernseher im Verhältnis zur zimmergröße riesig!

Frühstück ist umfassend und ausreichend!

Cons:

Es gibt keine (spürbare) lüftung im Bad. Was bei auftretender Feuchtigkeit nach dem duschen oder diversen Gerüchen durchaus eine gewisse Herausforderung bedeuten kann. Es gibt zwar eine lüftungsöffnung in der Decke, die schien aber nur deko zu sein.
Es gibt auch keine Klimaanlage (wird aber auch nirgends erwähnt). Das kann recht schnell sehr schwül werden.
Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern gibt es auch nicht. Die Kombination dieser Umstände ist im Sommer ein bisschen, naja, spannend.

Empfehlenswert für einen Kurztrip für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht , würden aber für 2-3 N immer wieder kommen!

Die Lage
Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend
Das Frühstück sehr vielfältig und sehr gut

Cons:

Die Zimmer müssen besser klimatisiert werden bzw. Fenster sollte geöffnet werden können.

Sehr wenig Licht

Teilweise sehr staubig

Fernseher funktioniert nicht (nur 3 Sender ) auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption hieß es, dass Problem sei bekannt es kann aber so schnell nichts unternommen werden und wir seien ja nur für 2 Nächte da. ( fanden wir leider sehr unsympathisch) alle anderen Mitarbeiter/ innen waren sehr nett nur dieser eine Mitarbeiter leider nicht !

Am Tag der Abreise sind uns leider die Zimmerkarten abhanden gekommen, dies war bei Abreise aber kein Problem, wurde sehr höflich entgegen genommen.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately ineffective due to a total lack of communication and organisation.

Cons:

Unliveable in summer and to be avoided at all other times. A high rise from the 1980s, which heats up in warm weather even at the end of May, with no air conditioning - no sleep.

Our (second after relocation) room had not enough towels and was never cleaned even after the reception noted down our requests. We got the towels one night from the storage room.

The elevators only worked half of the time and we got regularly stuck for half a minute on the 6th floor (where we did not even want to go), not for the fearful.

In dieser Unterkunft gab es keine Klimaanlage. Sehr warm. Wir mussten nur mit Fenster offen schlafen.

Café da manhã poucas opções pra quem está acostumado com alimentação natural e equilibrada. E a localização, ele é um pouco distante de tudo, mas tem estação de metrô bem próxima.

Tolles Frühstück,ruhige Lage, Kühlschrank,Safe und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, begehbare Dusche.
Nicht zu vergessen: sehr freundliches.und trotz Stress in der Frühstückszeit, entspanntes Personal.
