Super hôtel luxueux avec vue incroyable
Pros:

Hôtel hyper confortable et bien placé. Très grandes chambres et petit déjeuner international au 40eme étage avec une vue fabuleuse sur Tokyo. Parc au rez de jardin magnifique. Il paraît que c’est l’hôtel où est descendu le président français lors de son dernier passage japonais.

Cons:

Comportement des Russes ivres dans les chambres adjacentes… Mais l’hôtel n’’y est pour rien.

Great central landing pad with gorgeou garden - worth it for the Tokyo skyline views and retro rooms
Pros:

Great location and views were fantatsic, I liked the style of the rooms, had a 70's feel which was fun. The carpets across the building were like a migraine fever dream - these really date the property and not in a cool retro way!

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was expensive and not that nice. The hotel felt a bit disconnected as it's two hotels in one and hard to works=out where to go - its a rabbit warren.

Pros:

The view and garden were very nice. Close enough to the subway and the rooms were great.

Cons:

The walls seemed very thin, I could hear the neighbours tv and all their conversations while I was trying to sleep.

Hotel location is very good, close to airport limo service, near subway rail station.
Pros:

New Otani is a great hotel. Central location. Historical park in compound.. Somehoow your booking site gave impression that breakfast was included. It mentioned carry out or room service was extra. That gave impression breakfast was included in daily rate but it was not. Description was NOT very clear.

Cons:

Extra fee for breajfast.
