Personalen var trevlig men där stannar tyvärr det goda betyget

Att detta hotell har fem stjärnor på Booking är mycket märkligt. Ja det är stort och har flera restauranger men frågan är om det inte är det intill liggande Otani court som bör avses. Rummen är mycket gamla med knakande sängar. Badrummen är på gränsen till ofräscha och tyvärr delvis ostädat eller bara ingrott m kanter kring kranar o toalett. En retro charm med fin dörr absolut, men inte när det blir otrevligt. För fem stjärnor borde det finnas åtminstone en minibar, sminkspegel, och ja en sänglampa hade varit trevligt. Nu fanns spottar i taket som enda alternativet. Bländande!
Frukosten var medioker, inget speciellt. Receptionen stänger på kvällen. På plus sidan var internet snabbt. 3 stjärnor vore rimligare och då är fortfarande det sunkiga badrummet ett problem.
