Excellent hotel. Old fashioned charm and superb service. Well located with a few minutes walk to an array of different transport lines. Spacious room and breakfast was really good. Loads of choice … Japanese and western food. Beautiful gardens below. Our room was great. Loved it!
Great location. Helpful staff. Beautiful gardens. Room was quite large.
Invasion of the tour groups.
Beautiful landscape with view of the city. Quite convenient to the train stations and so many restaurants to choose from.
Convenient to train station and off property businesses.
Overall everything, in particular, the garden of course
I was in a group Pinto Lopes and frankly did not understand, why we could not use the pool ? We didn’t pay enough money for the room ? I stayed one more day, paid Yen 52070 for that and would like to see someone telling me, that I still did not have the right to use the “hotel pool”. Discriminating and senseless. Truly unbelievable.
Muy buen desayuno. Un poco anticuada la habitación pero cómoda.
Many restaurants and the garden
Beautiful, amazing garden, staff were delightful with our kids. The pool was great, too bad it was only open for a few days during Golden Week and then closed again until June.
Restaurants inside the hotel are good but very expensive. Walk out and enjoy amazing restaurants for much cheaper.
Camera troppo vecchia, oggetti di arredamento vecchi e usurati, dotazioni troppo datate, siamo stati in 4’stelle sempre in Giappone molto molto meglio.
