A beautiful experience,closer to most places of interest

Great stay for a girls weekend getaway- short walk to restaurants, massages and shopping.
Pros:

Location is fantastic - close to everything! Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are large.

Cons:

Not much room around the bathroom basin for hair/makeup products. Shelf available below but a bit low for easy access.

Perfect location and lots of amenities
Pros:

Great hotel, felt like we were in the heart of Legian with lots of restaurants, massage and bars close by.
The room was private and clean with a great view of the pool. We made use of room service, laundry facilities and buffet breakfast. Couldn’t have asked for more

Not a very good stay. Will never stay again.

Food was good.

Cons:

Too noisy.
Non cooperative reception.
Charged extra money to change the room even noise was not because of us rather it was because the rooms were not properly insulated to control noise..


AC were not very good and it took hell of time to cool the room.


Internet was awful.
No signal at all in the rooms.
