Expected a better experience
Pros:

Walking distance to the shopping area!

Cons:

The room was a bit cramped and not what I expected considering it was my second time staying at a Mimaru property. The ac unit was also leaking so that was a bit of a turn off.

離大丸百貨、PARCO、心齋橋商圈、地鐵站很近，食衣住行都很方便
Pros:

房間、衞浴夠大，有廚房客廳對吃素的我很友善，我可以在日本超市買蔬菜烹。房間大到2個29吋行李箱全打開都還有空位動線走動。這個房間真的很棒，很適合家庭。櫃檯服務人員英文溝通能力很好、也有會說中文的服務人員。

Cons:

冷氣的風扇在運轉有＂咚咚咚＂規律的聲音，但我忘了反應。

A wonderful bunk bed hotel made bad by the robot staff.
Pros:

Location is alright. It belongs to the "lower alleys" of the cluster. You have to do some walking to reach the tourist attraction.

Cons:

Honestly, they are friendly, but my main issue is the beginning of the staff telling us everything, greeting us like a robot, and just reciting everything he was programmed to tell. It was a rainy day; we were wet and cold, tired and with many, many bags. He just talked and talked and talked. I timed it. He took a full 10 mins to explain everything! "Guests are expected to not make noise after 10 pm", "Guests are reminded to unplug their device charging when they leave the room" blar blar blar... do you really think guests who make noise after 10 pm will care? Or will they be reminded to unplug their charger when they leave the room? No. really. Stop reciting your script like a bot and be real and show real humanity like "we see you are wet and tired. Here's how I can help u hasten your check-in" will be great!
