Great location, amenities, spacious clean rooms! Recommend!
Pros:

Mimaru Shinsaibashi East was such a great stay. It was spacious and clean, had a table to eat at for meals at home and a kitchenette to prepare food if you wanted to eat in. The bathrooms were lovely and staff very helpful and accommodating. Location was also fantastic. We loved it and would stay again.

Mimaru is great as always. Pity our air conditioner was not fixed with such a long stay.
Pros:

As usual Mimaru have great spacious rooms, amenities and great location close to public transport and grocery/convenience stores.

Cons:

We stayed for 6 nights after staying with Mimaru in Tokyo as well. Our air conditioner was not working which made nights very uncomfortable particular with our 15 month old - sometimes needing to go the lobby because it was cooler. I mentioned this to staff early on but was disappointed when a technician was not sent and the issue was not resolved during our stay.

Ok but not amazing for the price.
Pros:

Great location, laundry is available,

Cons:

No smart TV in the room, no iron in the room, no coffee, tea or sugar in the room. weird bingo card (didn't care to do it) but also we dont need to listen instructions about card game on our arrival day as families just want to check in fast. also we are a husband and wife and they gave us separate beds, we did move them together but shouldn't have to do this.

Nice hotel used for travelling family.
Pros:

Great hotel chain. Stayed in Tokoyo, Kyoto and Osaka, and all were clean, modern and well serviced. I am very comfortable recommending this hotel group in Japan.

Pros:

The staff were great and very helpful. I appreciate all that they are doing for environmental impact but it was a bit annoying to not get coffee provided in the room. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was close to the subway line we used the most

Amazing place for families! Quiet and comfortable!
Pros:

I can’t say enough good things about this place! As soon as we walked in, it felt like home. The staff was so friendly. We had the 7 person, two bedroom unit and it was amazing. The beds were so comfy. And the duvets were luxurious. I was immediately sad we were only staying for two days. Ha. The AC/heat units were so effective so you would be comfortable summer and winter. If this place has popped up in your searches, just book it! It is so close to the bustling shopping/food area but super quiet. We slept with our windows open a bit and heard zero street noise.

Perfect family hotel
Pros:

Perfect for guests that need more than 1 hotel room but don’t want to be split between different rooms. The staff were exceptional as well, I don’t think we will stay anywhere else different again in Japan!
