Pros:

飯店很新，維護良好，住宿地點非常方便，房間內的硬體設備良好舒適，房間大小還行，前台服務人員英語水平很高，態度親切，且貼心容易溝通，絕對願意再次入住，清潔也還可以，就看當天打掃人員是細心的還是敷衍的，每天回房間的感受都不同，但整體還算能接受的程度。

Cons:

房間內缺乏了洗脫烘的滾筒洗衣機，稍微可惜了些，但一樓附設的洗脫烘也還算便利，雖然地點方便，但從心齋橋走路回飯店的最快路徑，仍會經過許多牛郎店、酒店和博弈店，雖然人聲鼎沸，熱鬧異常，但還是要注意安全，盡量不要獨自一人，或是太晚回飯店。

Great location . A stroll away from the nearest metro station (shinsaibashi) and stone throw from shopping area.

Service was great and we were always greeted with smiles.
Pros:

Conveniently located within walking distance to nearest convenience stores. However is about 10 mins walk to Shinsaibashi station.

Cons:

The rooms were smaller than expected. In room coffee and or tea would be nice. Pillows were too soft.

Mimaru, pretty good but pretty expensive.
Pros:

Close to public transport, close to Loads of food options. 2 bedroom was about as spacious as it gets for that area of Japan.

Cons:

A common problem with Mimaru is that the lounge room Tv is a smart Tv but the bedroom TV’s are not. The laundry should be included as a guest amenity with free tokens, not out of cost but out of principle as it is premium pricing.

We will definitely stay with Mimaru properties again.
Pros:

Kids loved the bunk beds and snacks at check in. Room felt spacious and well-thought out. Front desk was super friendly and helped us transport our luggage to the next city through a third party vendor because we missed the deadline for the Mimaru luggage transfer.
