Staff was amazing, location was great, room and amenities were great, great value
Pros:

Laundry facilities were huge, had
múltiple settings for clothing. Room was delightful and much larger than most standard hotels in the area. Location was perfect walking distance from dotonbori, trains, and large malls

Cons:

Found a used sandal underneath the bed which indicated to me that the room may have not been thoroughly cleaned

Fantastic
Pros:

Very helpful friendly staff. The room was amazing and I loved the bathroom. It was perfect because the toilet was separate from the shower, so great for our family of 4.
The laundry was easy to use and there were plenty of washers and dryers. They also had a machine for coins.

Very close to train station, about 3 blocks. Also close to Dotonbori.
They have a luggage service we used to send our luggage to our next Mimaru Kyoto, it was the best thing we did!!!

We will definitely come back someday!

הזמנו חדר עם מרפסת אבל אי אפשר היה לצאת אליה… מה העניין במרפסת בחדר אם היא לא בשימוש? אמרו לנו שזה מטעמי בטיחות אבל היינו בקומה 2 ואנחנו זוג בני 50… יכלו לפתוח את הדלתות וכשביקשנו אמרו לנו שרק בשעת חרום. לא ברור…

Great location, amenities, spacious clean rooms! Recommend!
Pros:

Mimaru Shinsaibashi East was such a great stay. It was spacious and clean, had a table to eat at for meals at home and a kitchenette to prepare food if you wanted to eat in. The bathrooms were lovely and staff very helpful and accommodating. Location was also fantastic. We loved it and would stay again.

Mimaru is great as always. Pity our air conditioner was not fixed with such a long stay.
Pros:

As usual Mimaru have great spacious rooms, amenities and great location close to public transport and grocery/convenience stores.

Cons:

We stayed for 6 nights after staying with Mimaru in Tokyo as well. Our air conditioner was not working which made nights very uncomfortable particular with our 15 month old - sometimes needing to go the lobby because it was cooler. I mentioned this to staff early on but was disappointed when a technician was not sent and the issue was not resolved during our stay.

Ok but not amazing for the price.
Pros:

Great location, laundry is available,

Cons:

No smart TV in the room, no iron in the room, no coffee, tea or sugar in the room. weird bingo card (didn't care to do it) but also we dont need to listen instructions about card game on our arrival day as families just want to check in fast. also we are a husband and wife and they gave us separate beds, we did move them together but shouldn't have to do this.

Nice hotel used for travelling family.
Pros:

Great hotel chain. Stayed in Tokoyo, Kyoto and Osaka, and all were clean, modern and well serviced. I am very comfortable recommending this hotel group in Japan.

Pros:

The staff were great and very helpful. I appreciate all that they are doing for environmental impact but it was a bit annoying to not get coffee provided in the room. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was close to the subway line we used the most
