Smaczne śniadania, miła obsługa w hotelu. Blisko do najważniejszych miejsc. Miłe zaskoczenie w postaci butelki wina i krótkiego liściku powitalnego w pokoju napisanego w jezyku polskim :)

Cons:

Mimo wpisania specjalnej prośby odnośnie dwóch osobnych łóżek, która została zaakceptowana, prośba nie została spełniona.

L'albergo pur essendo di piccole dimensioni non dispone di una sala dove poter sostare, ma per un soggiorno in cui si utilizza l'albergo solo per dormire perchè il resto del giorno si è fuori va bene. La dimensione della nostra stanza non era grande ma ci ha permesso di soggiornare tranquillamente. Tutto l'ambiente è pulito il letto è comodo la camera dispone di un bar e di un bollitore che è sempre utile. Il bagno con doccia con prodotti per il bagno inclusi. Tutti i giorni ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani cosa non scontata. La colazione ottima e abbondante con dolce e salato frutta ecc. Le signore che servono cordiali e gentili. Tutto il personale che abbiamo incrociato è stato cortese professionale e sempre sorridente. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il bagno e nel giro di una decina di minuti il tecnico è intervenuto. Lo consigliamo. L'albergo si trova a tre minuti dalla stazione, metropolitana, autobus

Bardzo podobało mi się pobyt w tym hotelu. Obsługa była niezwykle miła i pomocna, zawsze gotowa odpowiedzieć na pytania i doradzić. Pokój był czysty, zadbany i komfortowy, a łóżko bardzo wygodne. Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna – blisko centrum i głównych atrakcji. Śniadania smaczne i urozmaicone. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i chętnie wrócimy tu ponownie.

I really enjoyed my stay, don’t understand the amount of negative reviews.
Pros:

The location is good, especially if you want to travel in and out of Napoli. Very close to the train station and the bus stop which takes you to the airport. The staff is really nice and helpful. A 24/7 reception desk is a huge plus side, as I arrived late at night. The check in was smooth and quick. The breakfast was good and quite varied. The cakes were amazing, just had to have a piece every day.

Cons:

The surroundings of the hotel seem a bit dodgy but Napoli is quite specific in that way. My only issue within the hotel is the noise, you can hear a lot of things happening around the building. The room was quite cold but it took a few minutes to figure out the AC to help with this.
