Espectacular
Pros:

Sobre el desayuno tienen varias opciones, hay uno tipo bufet con vistas espectaculares, pero si no comes tanto como es mi caso, en el restaurante de la planta 4ª hay una opción con una carta pequeña pero muy rica.

Cons:

El único problema lo tuvimos para encontrar la recepción, entramos por unas escaleras mecánicas que no daban directamente al hotel, pero con paciencia lo encontramos. Unos metros más allá hay una puerta con entrada directa, pero no la vimos.

Wonderful, modern hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel was sleek and modern with a lively feel in the wonderful Belcomo restaurant. The food was so good there that we ate at The Belcomo two nights. The room was small but had a large shower and bath room that was very nice. The toilet, with its heated seat and warm water bidet was a treat but seems to be very common in Japan. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a nice variety of options. Highly recommend the French toast.

Cons:

I was upset I didn’t choose a room with a view! It would have been worth the money!

Pros:

We stayed in a beautiful corner suite — spacious, stylish, and beautifully designed. The staff were outstanding and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only minor drawbacks were the lack of a closet and limited storage space in the room. Also, the third bed did not have a reading light, which would have been helpful.

One of the best hotels I have ever seen
Pros:

Perhaps one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Astonishing customer service, amazing rooms (suites?!), phenomenal views and a great breakfast. This was comfort on another level.

Cons:

If I had to say something the restaurant in the lobby is a bit distracting.
