Pros:

Everything, well appointed, comfortable furniture and bed, roo is definitely bigger than the pictures, quiet, concierge was brilliant with everything, plenty of work space, wifi a little dodgy at times but no drama, filtered water tap was outstanding, my new go to hotel in zkL from now on location is brilliant

Cons:

Chrome's kept dropping which was annoying, that's all oh lounge could have been a tad more comfy

Good choice for central KL
Pros:

Great location, central, close to transport links. Comfortable room. Great bathroom. Fantastic breakfast. Nice pool.

Cons:

Reception staff could be more friendly. Breakfast can get really busy.

Huge room- had kitchen, walk in robes

Very Good location and an amazing hotel to stay at
Pros:

the serviced suites were amazing, with all aminities that you can think of. WAshing machine, dryer, kitchen utensils and even all aminities in the toilets as well. very much appreciated the hotel service.

Cons:

the pool, it was just ok, and also they dont provide life jackets for kids. I have been to many 5star hotels , they provide everything on the pool for use and leave. also the room cleaning was average. mostly they just make beds, but we didnt made a huge mess veeryday so we were ok

Great place to stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur!
Pros:

Location: perfect, in the center of Bukit Bintang 10 minutes walk to Pavilion mall. 25 minutes walk to KLCC.
Rooftop with the pool (it was not classical infinity pool but still view was nice)
Delicious breakfast.
Very spacious, new room with all equipment needed.
Great price to quality ratio!
Hotel allowed us to check in early as we arrived in Kuala Lumpur in the morning. It was great to rest and refresh after very long flight. Strongly appreciated.
As in Malaysia, friendly and supportive staff.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Am Frühstücksbuffet sollte ein Hinweis angebracht sein, ob Garnelen oder Fisch im Gemüse enthalten sind. Ich habe eine Allergie, und die Kohlrouladen enthielten Garnelen. Das war nicht gekennzeichnet. Mir ging es danach nicht gut.
