Pros:

Pros:

Mooie ligging aan zee op korte afstand van Alvor.

Cons:

De verwaarloosde badkamer, matige matrassen op de bedden, matige airconditioning, eten in het restaurant is vaak lauw en te duur voor wat je krijgt. Drankjes matig van kwaliteit, en zeker ook te duur.

Enjoyable.
Pros:

Have stayed several times, always well managed. Outstanding breakfast and close to a super beach.

Cons:

A little dated and in need of a lot of work to bring up to current 5* standard. Car park needs serious attention to avoid damage to what are in the main rental cars.

We had a wonderful time in a quality destination
Pros:

High quality of service in a very well appointed setting.

Location on the beach is amazing.

Cons:

One thing which could be improved upon is the quality of the poolside sun loungers. A very small quibble!!

Overpriced hotel with outdated rooms, mould in the shower and disappointing service

Absolutely not worth 5 stars – overpriced and disappointing

This hotel is definitely not a 5-star resort. In my opinion, it deserves no more than 3 stars. The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation, and finding mould in the shower is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard.

The reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. The breakfast was decent, but unfortunately, that was one of the few positives. The breakfast staff was friendly! Overpriced hotel with outdated rooms, mould in the shower and disappointing service

Our room was not cleaned on two separate occasions. We had to call reception ourselves to report it, after which the room was not cleaned until around 6:00 p.m. and was only given a superficial clean.

Considering the high prices, I expected a much higher level of comfort, cleanliness and service. The hotel falls well short of what you would expect from a 5-star resort.

Save your money and book somewhere else. Definitely not worth the price!

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage!
Pros:

Die außergewöhnliche Lage in Alvor! Man fährt mit dem Lift vom Pool direkt zum Strand. Der Praia da Rocha ist wirklich sehr schön! Der Pool ist sehr groß und es sind sehr viele Liegen vorhanden. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Aussicht vom Restaurant ist sehr schön! Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel ist kostenlos und groß. Uns hat auch sehr gefallen das immer wieder Livemusik an der Bar gespielt wurde.

Cons:

Teilweise fehlende Sauberkeit, am Zimmer (z.B. kleine Flecken auf den frischen Handtüchern und Bettlaken) und auch im Restaurant (z.B. leicht dreckiges Geschirr oder beschädigtes Geschirr). Sowie ab und zu kleine Unaufmerksamkeiten beim Service. Aber es ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Die Kissen waren unserer Meinung nach sehr unbequem.
