A lovely stay in Alvor, perfect location and a great hotel

Lovely location, grounds and facilities

Cons:

The amenities in the room weren’t consistently topped up, we had to contact reception a number of times for refills

Acesso excelente para a praia, equipe muito atenciosa no apoio às refeições do bebé
Pros:

O acesso direto à praia é maravilhoso, as opções do buffet no pequeno-almoço e jantar no restaurante também (inclusive para crianças). Atendimento muito atencioso de toda a equipe para apoiar na logística de alimentação da minha bebé (guardar comida congelada, aquecer todas as refeições na cozinha).

Cons:

Disponibilizar uma sala de apoio à maternidade numa área comum, tipo perto da piscina, com trocador, poltrona de amamentação, aquecedor de biberões e microondas para aquecer de forma autónoma a comida do bebé, sem ter que pedir a toda a hora para aquecerem nas cozinhas (apesar da equipe do hotel o fazer sempre com a maior simpatia).

The hotel is in need of a revamp.
We were underwhelmed as we expected more for a 5 Star facility in terms of the rooms and overall common areas.

Pros:

Eu reservei um quarto no edifício principal, quando cheguei foi-me atribuído, um apartamento que cheirava a alcatifa velha o quarto e a casa banho precisava muito de ser atualizado
