Dirty room with dirt built up over a period of time not just day to day.

Location was quiet but central

Cons:

Rooms dirty. Needed a deep clean and regular monitoring to ensure a cleaning regime was being adhered to.

Pros:

It would be helpful to have restaurant facilities open later than 9.00 pm. Especially for guests using it as a base for attending events, it is useful to have the rastaurant facilities later at night fir room service or eat in. The food was delicious though.

Great spa break for a reasonable price.
Pros:

A two-day spa break with my friend. Good food, large twin-room, swimming pool with plenty of seating, and warm water. Two spa treatments each as part of the package, along with two breakfasts and a three course meal. I would highly recommend it, and will go again.

I feel very pleased with the choice I made to stay at your hotel, thank you.
Pros:

Breakfast was v good.
The dinner we had in your restaurant was very good indeed, the table lovely and the gentleman serving was super.
The room was v nice, and the bathroom. Thank you for a very nice stay , next time I will remember my swimming costume because the pool looked very inviting.

Cons:

The bacon was v nice quality but was a bit tough to chew I felt.
Perhaps a little direction as to how the shower was controlled might help some folk.
Paper tissues in bedroom are always welcome.

Nice relaxing 2 nights which was needed. The beds were comfortable and it was not noisy all positive things for us
