Pros:

The location is excellent — everything is within walking distance, which made our stay very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing! I recommend to stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Spacious room with comfortable big bed (additional cover and pillows available), nice bathroom. Delicious breakfast, water and soft drinks (like coffee, lemonade etc) unlimited. Very good location in the city center. There are plenty shops, restaurants and cafe around.

Atendimento excelente dos funcionarios, frigobar incluido ja no valor da diaria, assim como suco, agua e cafe na recepcao. Bem localizado perto das atracoes, silencioso.

Overall, it was acceptable for a short stay, but below expectations for the price and the 4-star rating.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for one night only, as we were just visiting Lisbon, so we didn’t spend much time at the hotel. During the time we were there, the atmosphere was relaxed and the room was quiet, which we appreciated.

Cons:

However, from our point of view, the room did not meet a 4-star standard. In the bathroom, there was no place to hang towels (neither hand towels nor bath towels). There were also several visible stains on bathroom surfaces which, regardless of the materials used, should be properly cleaned or maintained to look clean.
In the room, it was noticeable that it had been very intensively used: visible marks, missing paint in some areas, and general wear and tear. The rooms would benefit from better maintenance to match the hotel’s category.
Additionally, at check-in we were told we could help ourselves to everything in the lobby. However, when we wanted to take a bottle of water to the room, as we saw other guests doing, we were told we could only drink it there and not take it upstairs. We were also told that if we wanted water in the room, we should ask reception to have it brought up. This felt confusing and unnecessary. UPDATE: After leaving an honest review with a score of 7, we were contacted by hotel management and offered money in exchange for changing the review. We were also told that “only a 10 works for them,” which raised serious concerns about how the hotel’s high rating is maintained.

Estadia muito boa!
Pros:

Atendimento e instalações ótimas. Restaurante muito bom.

Cons:

Não fomos avisados da dificuldade de acesso para taxi ou Uber por se tratar hotel que fica na zona de pedestres. Taxistas habilitados pelo hotel são autorizados a entrar até o hotel.
