Should’ve and could’ve been great. But bed and shower terrible.
Pros:

Nicely decorated, clean hotel in fantastically central location. Should’ve been a great stay, but……

Cons:

Bed was so uncomfortable and uneven. My back is still sore.
But the shower was worse. Very confusing. Lots of knobs and levers. There was a sign trying to explain how to use it, but didn’t help or make sense. After trying a few things, cold water suddenly exploded all over me. The shower head was so calcified that water sprayed everywhere in all directions including out of the shower completely saturating the bathroom. I had to change clothes, pack wet clothes in my bag. Not good.

Could have been good, but wasn't
Pros:

The hotel overall felt cozy and clean. The older gentleman who is supposed to be greeting people for breakfast was extremely rude and not helpful. I signed up for the free city walk tour and nobody showed up for it. The construction noise is horrendous!!!

The perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon.
Pros:

Excellent central location. Minutes from transport, attractions and great food.
Staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Comfortable and luxurious rooms.
Basically everything was awesome!

Heerlijk!
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel in hartje Baixa waar het personeel niets te veel was. Allemaal even vriendelijk van housekeeping tot management en ontbijtmedewerkers. Kleine maar stijlvolle en nette kamer en zeer verzorgde algemene ruimtes. Er werd doorlopend schoongemaakt.

Cons:

De kussens van het bed waren, voor mij maar dat is persoonlijk, niet comfortabel. Pas op de laatste dag bleek er een kussen-menu te zijn. Hadden we dat maar eerder geweten!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Lisboa with shops, stores and sites within walking distance.
Pros:

Very good breakfast which served Portuguese staples, fruits, veggies, pastry and omlettes which were made for you. Also, staff that attended to your needs as you ate.

Cons:

The only thing I could think of is that my room was across from the storage room were the maids kept their supplies. So I would hear them go in and out.
