buena ubicación, personal amable, habitación grande,

Cons:

desayuno ha desmejorado, lo sirven en otro restaurante y menos opciones que anteriormente. la alfombra de la habitación es muy antigua y huele a humedad, para una persona con afecciones respiratorias no es conveniente NECESITA CAMBIO esas alfombras.

Pros:

Muy bonito todo! Nos gusto las áreas que tienen para descansar, como las salas de estar, los restaurantes. La ubicación está perfecta. Podemos salir a caminar a su alrededor y pudimos encontrar muchos negocios/cafeterías. Es un área tranquila y nos dios seguridad.

Cons:

En la habitación donde nos hospedamos no servía la cortina para bajarla a la hora de dormir... Llamamos a servicio para que la reparará... Nos dios un olor muy fuerte a plastico todo el tiempo... Mejor ya no la queríamos bajar.
En el restaurante solo como comentario, pienso que deverian tener a dos personas en el area donde se piden los omeletts/huevos al gusto... habia mañanas que la señora tenia mucho estres y mis desayunos no estaban ricos... solo dos ocasiones si me gusto y los demas no, por que me los preparaba de prisa 😕Eso fue lo único que nos gusto. Todo lo de más excelente! Gracias por la cortesía de los snacks! 🤩☺️🫶🏻

Cons:

Por tercera o cuarta vez, falla en los servicios, esta vez incluso tuvieron que cambiarme de habitación, pero también hubieron fallas, felizmente mínimas pero básicas.

Poor Hotel Service, Poor quality of Staff x Customer Service. Avoid.
Pros:

The room size is comfotable.

Cons:

Very Old Building. Needs upgrade. Front desk was very poor in responding to request. Few staff at the morning breakfast buffet were uncourteous. Overall not worth the money. I am not staying again.
