Pros:

Getränke und Snacks standen reichlich frei zu Verfügung. Zuvorkommender Portier, der uns Getränke ans Zimmer gebracht hat.
Im selben Gebäude ist ein Wok Restaurant. Nach langer Fahrt war die kurze Distanz bis zum Abendessen sehr dankbar.
Neben dem großen Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig) haben wir problemlos einen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Straßenrand gefunden.

Cons:

Die Dorfjugend hat den großen Parkplatz vorm Haus nachts als Rennstrecke/Partymeile auserkoren. Bei offenem Fenster war bis in die späte Nacht an Schlaf ohne Ohropax nicht zu denken. Im Flur des Hotels konnte man die Menüauswahl des asiatischen Restaurant erschnuppern (im Zimmer aber nicht, von daher kein wirkliches Problem).

Für uns optimal
Pros:

Alles passend. Für uns Lage optimal, da Konzertbesuch in der Dreiländerhalle ( 2 min fuß laufig zu erreichen ). Aber auch das Erreichen von Passau, Donau ist mit dem Auto, Bus in einigen Minuten möglich.
Super Frühstück, nette und kompetente Servicekräfte am Empfang.
Zimmerausstattung: gepflegt, sauber.

Comfy beds ok value for money. Tax dodgers
Pros:

The beds was nice and comfy and we had a good night sleep

Cons:

When we arrived there is parking but you have to pay extra to use it. Also we arrived really late and then to be told its cash only is annoying and feels like the hotel is avoiding paying tax

Es war eine entspannte angenehme Zeit in dem geschmackvollen und komfortablen Zimmer
Pros:

Tiefgarage, gute Aussicht, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Die drei Lüftungstürme vor dem Hotel waren bis ca. 22.00 sehr laut.
