Nicht erreichbarer Check-in
Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer bis 6:00 Uhr gebucht und direkt eine Anfrage für den Check-in zwischen 20:00 und 21:00 Uhr gestellt.
Wir kannten das Hotel bereits und wussten, dass die Rezeption bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet ist bzw. Schlüssel im Safe hinterlegt werden.
Leider wurde meine Anfrage nicht bearbeitet, es wurde kein Schlüssel hinterlegt und wir erhielten keinerlei Rückmeldung, nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung.
Dadurch standen wir abends mit einem Kind in einer fremden Stadt auf der Straße und mussten kurzfristig ein anderes, deutlich teureres Hotel buchen (130 € statt 49 €).
Diese Situation ist für mich inakzeptabel.
