Konnten unsere Koffer schon vorm check in sicher aufbewahren. Leckeres Frühstück. Kleines Zimmer, aber vollkommen ausreichend.

Für eine Nacht gehts, Preis/Leistung nicht okay.

Die Dame am Empfang war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich im 3. Stock eines Geschäftshauses über einem Supermarkt. Im Eingangsbereich liegen leere Dosen und Schnapsflaschen herum. Mit dem Lift geht es in den 3. Stock. Der Zugang ist auch nachts über nicht abgesperrt, sodass auch Fremde in den Komplex und auf die Flure gelangen können. Alles ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, der Teppichboden könnte mal ausgewechselt werden. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, das Doppelbett stand mit einer Seite an der Wand. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Durch eine verschlossene Durchgangstür hat man alle Gespräche aus dem Nebenzimmer mitbekommen. Keine Klimaanlage, daher war es sehr warm im Zimmer. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster nur mit Ohrenstöpseln möglich, da der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel offenbar ein Tunig-Treff ist. Der Föhn auf dem Zimmer war defekt. Immerhin war kein Schimmel im Bad, anders als in manchen Kommentaren geschrieben. Die Silikonfugen schinen frisch erneuert zu sein. Beim Auschecken war es nicht möglich, eine Rechnung zu bekommen. Diese soll ich über Booking.com anfordern. Ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage kostet 15€ pro Nacht, ich war von 8€ ausgegangen. Auf das Frühstück haben wir nach Lektüre der negativen Bewertungen verzichtet, daher kann ich dazu keine Aussage treffen
Fazit: Als Absteige für eine Nacht geeignet (z.B. für Volksfestbesucher), aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist inakzeptabel. Wir werden wohl nicht wieder kommen.

Pros:

Tidy and clean room, comfortable beds. There were no noises outside (weekday) but this could vary. Parking possible for additional charge and it's only for car's height <1,9 m. Staff were helpful with emails / calls.

Pros:

Clean and quiet hotel on the top floor of a flat. Friendly staff and on the first floor is a Chinese restaurant which I highly recommend.

Cons:

There is nothing worth seeing in the vicinity of the hotel. It is on a business estate, car dealers etc. It's fine for an overnight stay, but it is quite far outside Passau.
