Pros:

Quartoo amplo e espaçoso, café da manhã muito bom, facilidade de ter estacionamento ao lado . Localização excelente , há 500 m da cour Mirabeau. Limpeza impecável , toalhas e cama macia , bons travesseiros !

Pros:

Central location: a 5 minute walk to Cours Mirabeau (the main shopping and eating street) and a further few minutes' walk to museums and the cathedral. Very clean. I'd asked for a quiet room and got it, and I appreciated it. Good blackout curtains in the room.
Lovely courtyard. Very good staff.

Cons:

The shower cubicle needed a shelf or basket for the guest to put their own things on.

Cons:

Tapis de bain la première nuit mais pas plus la deuxième .
Eaux à disposition la premier nuit mais pas la deuxième , il serait agréable d'avoir une carafe d'eau . Salle de bain un peu petite pour deux personnes pour un 4 étoiles et surtout pas de frigo

situation géographique, calme des chambres, le professionnalisme et l'accueil du personnel. ET LA PROPRETE.

Cons:

La qualité des draps, le manque de confort dans les salles de repas (assises dures), les repas que ce soit le petit déjeuner ou le room service le soir. Ce n'est pas bon. (ex : salade de fruits type celles qu'on trouve qu'en Relay dans les gares, les oeufs brouillés étaient bons, mais mauvais café et madeleines sous sachets plastiques..)

Trevligt, enkelt hotell i hjärtat av Aix-en-Provence.
Parkeringsgarage som fungerade för större bil även om det var trångt.
Bra läge och trevlig frukost.
