The property is in an ideal location for all the restaurants in Yountville. Our room was great and even had a hot tub which we used. The breakfast was delicious and easy.
Location was perfect, short walk to French Laundry, Bouchon Bistro and Bakery. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very good breakfast provided!

Very nice breakfast with good selections of egg dishes, breads/waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit. Enjoyed the complimentary bicycle use and wonderful streets of Yountville to ride through. Room 6 was perfect with the patio with a water fountain, fireplace, and large bathroom with soaker tub.
On the final night, the hot water ran out before the tub was filled. Enough to make a warm tub. Still no hot water in the morning (1/17).
Very central to Napa valley. Wonderful restaurants nearby, cute, quaint city. Room was very clean, loved the fireplace.

Booking.com hounded me with communications, took full payment 2 weeks before stay, and didn't pay hotel until we checked in. This is not standard policy with staying at hotels. You are using my money to create interest for your company.
Lavender was the perfect little escape in Yountville. The breakfast was simple but nice...granola, yogurt, some baked goods, coffee, and juice. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to Main Street but still tucked away and really quiet. I loved having my morning coffee on the porch and watching the French Laundry cooks start their day, which felt like a unique experience. One night my friends and I hung out by the fire pit with a bottle of wine and had a wonderful time. It honestly felt more like staying at a relative’s house than an Inn.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything I truly didn’t like. If I’m nitpicking, the room could’ve used a small sitting area...there wasn’t really anywhere to sit besides the bed, which isn’t ideal when you’re still in daytime clothes. I would’ve happily traded the desk or table for a cozy chair. We ended up sitting outside on the porch instead, which was lovely thanks to the great weather, but might not be as fun on a cold or rainy day. The only other thing was that the bathroom lighting was a bit dim, not great for detailed grooming or makeup. All small, easy-to-fix things, but worth mentioning since they could make an already great stay even better.
Delicious breakfast from 8-10am each day, with coffee available early! Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24/7. Wine & cheese offered from 4:30-5:30 each evening, and a glass of port always available in the living room by the fireplace for a nightcap if desired.

The bed was so firm that we were unable to sleep both nights we were there. This may seem trivial but we are seasoned travelers and have slept in many many hotel rooms: we even considered leaving on the second night to return home just to get some sleep. We have never experienced a bed so uncomfortable!

Just delightful. The staff were so welcoming - even free cookies in reception. The wine and cheese hour was so good (as was the port before bedtime!) and it was just lovely sitting round the fire pit relaxing. It was one of the prettiest hotels we’ve ever stayed at - the gardens were bursting with flowers- and our room was perfect- we loved our stay here.
