Ubicación, paisaje, calidad en la atención
Pros:

El edificio es antiguo, pero bien conservado. Está muy bien ubicado a pocos pasos del Duomo de Taormina y su salida desde el jardín da buen acceso a la zona peatonal. La sala del desayuno y la terraza ofrecen vistas espectaculares al Etna. El personal a cargo del desayuno y restaurante es muy profesional, al igual que el personal de recepción. Destaco a Sabina y Dario por su eficiencia para resolver rápidamente el tema del valet parking, en una ciudad que no cuenta casi con lugares de estacionamiento. Inolvidable cena de Año Nuevo.

Cons:

Creo que es necesario que haya cafeteras o pavas eléctricas en las habitaciones.

Nice stay, We Will come back
Pros:

A really nice Hotel, located upon the hill but with a walk down to town through the garden. We really liked this Hotel, would have stayed two nights if possible for us and if open. Nice staff. Good with valet parking.

Beautifully located hotel with great views & food
Pros:

Beautifully located hotel - the dining-room.was especially attractive with great views towards both Mt Etna & the coast. All the staff were very pleasant & helpful.

Cons:

The breakfasts were great, although the choice on the dinner menu was rather limited. However, what was on offer proved to be the best food we had in Sicily ! (We were there in January, so inevitably the menu was reduced a bit to off-season leve)l.

Hôtel qui dépend manifestement d’une clientèle de tour operators peu exigeants… Manque de qualité

La salle de bains était très sale, petite et mal agencée

Cons:

Salle de bains !
La situation exceptionnelle et la vue sur la baie ne suffisent pas à rendre cet hôtel attractif : le service (propreté) n’est absolument pas à la hauteur des standards minimaux de l’hôtellerie contemporaine.
