Erst der Schock, dann Zufriedenheit

Die geräumigen Zimmer sind perfekt ausgestattet, modern und neu. Unschlagbar ist die Mikrowelle im Zimmer - das bietet kein anderes Hotel! Und unser Gepäck wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Cons:

Der Empfang war so, wie wir es uns bisher für Japan nie vorstellen konnten. Wir trafen im Hotel um 11 Uhr ein, nachdem wir uns durch eine Baustelle als Eingang begeben hatten. Die Dame am Empfang schleuderte uns nur ein Wort entgegen: "Passport!!!" Keine Wort der Begrüßung, kein "bitte", kein "danke". Uns war ja klar, so früh am Tag können wir nicht einchecken, wir wollten ja auch nur unsere Koffer deponieren - aber bei solch einem "Empfang" hatten wir gleich die schlimmsten Befürchtungen, wo wir denn hier gelandet seien... Eine Minute später war klar, wir hatten jemanden beim Feierabend-Machen gestört, denn kaum hatten wir das Nötigste geklärt, war die Dame auch schon weg, sie hatte uns einfach stehen gelassen.
Der Gerechtigkeit halber sei aber noch erwähnt, dass das Personal am Abend, als wir zum Hotel zurückkamen, sehr freundlich gewesen ist.
