Nice hotel but too many issues and being made to feel like we weren't valued as guests
Pros:

The hotel itself was nice, good location for the wedding we were attending. The room was decent. And staff were mostly friendly.

Cons:

We had a bad impression before we arrived. We booked the hotel back in November 2024 for our stay from 15th - 21st May 2025 , for a wedding in the area, and an extended stay for a birthday. No issues until late March 2025 (6 weeks before the wedding) we receieved an email from the hotel saying they had a big group booking & could no longer accommodate us for the final night of our stay - FOUR MONTHS after we had originially booked. Not our problem that you've since had a larger booking - that is a shocking reason to cancel someone's booking. As the 20th was the previously mentioned birthday, we decided not to travel that day, & as this hotel was convenient for the wedding, we had no choice but to stay & leave on the 19th instead. Meaning our vacation was cut short by 2 days. This meant planning flights again & trying to find alternate arrangements for 2 days. Not a stress we needed that close to the trip when we planned it months before that.

Other things while we were there that also contributed to a bad experience:
- Given the wrong room on arrival (booked a junior suite & were put in a regular room)
- Air con broke
- The hotel becomes a restaurant on a saturday evening. ALL public spaces are closed off for reservations. Nowhere for guests to sit & have a drink or socialise. When we complained about this, we were told we could sit in the tiny reception lobby crowded round a small table (9 of us). Perhaps put your guests first who are paying money to be there. Or make this clear in the hotel listing.

We asked on the 1st day if we could have food brought to one of the communal areas where two of our party were working remotely. And we were told that their rules state that food can only be eaten in the restaurant & they are not allowed to serve food anywhere else, only for ALL communal areas to become a restaurant 48 hours later, and we werent even allowed to sit there. Contradicting everything they had said before.

Piękny widok, czyste pokoje
Pros:

Pokoje są czyste i wygodę łóżka. Hotel jest stary, ale zadbany. Wyjście z pokoju bezpośrednio na ogród i widok na morze - rewelacja.
Śniadania smaczne, chodzisz bardzo mały wybór. Za to widok w restauracji na morze piękny !
Basen był brudny ale to jesień była, więc może dlatego. 20min pieszo do centrum miasta.

Cons:

Słaby wybór na śniadaniu, w niedzielę to już wogole było kiepsko.

Great location and facilities (above all the room with Jacuzzi)
Pros:

Great and rich breakfast. We had the room with the private jacuzzi and it was a great stay. The room was clean, with a sea view and a comfortable bed.

Cons:

The staff was ok but a bit cold; I would expect it to be a bit more gentle, above all at the reception. When we left for example I was expecting them to ask me how was our stay or other things I generally hear (hope you had a good stay, hope you come back soon, etc); I paid my bill and that was it, not even a "Thank you".

Pros:

Lo staff sia della reception sia del ristorante è stato accogliente e sorridente e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Colazione molto buona e varia tra dolce e salato con prodotti freschi e tradizionali ma si trova anche bacon e uova a temperatura calda per chi gradisce...per chi ha necessità si trova anche qualcosa confezionato (esempio pane di segale, gallette di riso ecc ...) e sono forniti per il latte "senza lattosio".
Possibilità di pranzare/cenare nel ristorante che si trova nell albergo.
La camera era comoda, letti molto confortevoli con doppi cuscini, abbiamo riposato molto bene.
Kit cortesia ben fornito e molto utile (tris di asciugamani, saponi di vario tipo, shampoo, balsamo e crema corpo, cuffie e spugna pulisci scarpe).
Il parcheggio è interno al cancello, uno spiazzale un po' più largo proprio all entrata e uno in po più piccolo salendo verso la reception.
Pulizia apprezzabile.
Nel complesso la struttura che è molto grande è ben tenuta e piacevole.

Cons:

La zona del parcheggio ed entrata è un po buia ed il cancello d ingresso è situato proprio vicino alla curva che si immette nella strada, quindi per chi non conosce il posto è facile sbagliarsi e andare più avanti alla ricerca dell entrata dell albergo, anche con il navigatore acceso.
Inoltre sarebbe opportuna un po' di manutenzione nei bagni in camera (per fare esempi: cambio tavoletta del wc che risulta macchiata ma non perché manca di pulizia.. o il silicone della doccia che ha della muffa e fa apparire la doccia sporca... cose così) però magari, essendo una catena di alberghi, bisogna attendere che le disposizioni vengano date dalla sede centrale, non saprei.
Nonostante sia specificato che la piscina è stagionale e quindi in inverno non si può fare il bagno, dato che rimane scoperta e facilmente visibile, sarebbe stato bello vederla pulita e anche con la manutenzione fatta (il mosaico ha diversi pezzi saltati).
La moquette nei corridoi credo sia un po' desueta.

Pokój z pięknym widokiem. Dostaliśmy co prawda pokój z widokiem na płot- ale pani z recepcji nam go wymieniła. A więc dostaliśmy ostatecznie bardzo ładny Pokój. Śniadanie- ok. Kawa była pyszna. Ale nie było dużo warzyw. Jajka musieliśmy sobie sami ugotować. To było dosyć zabawne. Duży wybór słodkości. Bezpłatny parking.

Pros:

Mały hotel w spokojnej okolicy, widok na morze, taras, dobre śniadania, restauracja dostępna w hotelu, czysto, miła obsługa.

Cons:

Tylko jeden z trzech pokojów, które zajmowaliśmy, miał słuchawkę prysznicową, pozostałe miały tylko deszczownicę.
