Very good overall, my 3rd visit and I will stay there again.
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was OK. The location was good for my conference venue. Staff very good. My third stay at My Place Hotel.

Cons:

Had 1 cold night as radiator did not work. Staff gave me a portable oil heater which was good.

Pros:

Since I found this hotel, I have been staying here whenever I am in London. I feel so at home and they take very good care of me. And the location is perfect, just round the corner from the underground station.

Billigt, bra men ytterst enkelt och risigt.
Pros:

Frukosten bättre än väntat även om den är enkel. Trevlig personal, men man ska ha i beaktandet att hotellet är väldigt risigt och i stort behov av renovering. Bäst är det för den som reser på sommarhalvåret då det finns en fin uteplats för bl a frukost eller att bara hänga i. Mycket bra läge precis vid t-banastationen Earls Court.

Cons:

Allt är som sagt ytterst risigt och därför är hotellet också billigt att bo på. Vårt rum hade formen av ett L, men det passade bra då jag reste med min dotter. För ett kärlekspar hade det varit katastrofalt med en säng i varsin ände och utan kontakt. Duschen strilade bara när vi hade ena foten på reglaget, det kändes lite knäppt.

Vooral de hygiëne.
Overal lag een dikke laag stof, en geen schone handdoeken op de 2e dag terwijl ze die wel hadden toegezegd.
Staat van de kamer viel ook tegen. Slecht onderhoud.

Otelin konumu harikaydı Earls Court metro durağının hemen yanında ve metro hattı ile heryere ulasabiliyorsunuz

Otel çok soğuktu gece isitmayi kapatıyorlar ve çoraplarla kalın kıyafetler giyerek yattık banyo çok eski ve sıcak su hemen bitiyor temizliği pek iyi değildi kahvaltısı çok zayıf sadece kruvasan, kahve , gronalo var açıkçası zeytin peynir beklentimiz yoktu tabiki ama en azindan bir haşlanmış yumurta olabilirdi. Yastıkları dümdüz olmuş boynumuz tutuldu yatak başlıkları kırık dökük fiyata göre beklentilerimizi karşılamadı tek iyi tarafı konumu.

Sorry, wouldn't use this hotel again. Not the staff's fault, they did the best they could.
Pros:

The location was perfect, just around the corner from Earls Court underground station. The included breakfast was ok as was the complimentary tea and coffee.

Cons:

Our room was on the top floor, perhaps out of sight, out of mind? It could have certainly benefited from some maintenance. The inner door handle on the bathroom was hanging off. The heating didn't work, possibly just a case of bleeding the radiators, which coupled with the inability to fully close the sash windows, meant it was very draughty and cold. The last morning only one of us was able to have a shower, as we lost all water in the room. When it eventually came back, we couldn't get the shower to work, the water would only run into the bath. We tried to call reception, but the phone didn't work! An outside call to the main hotel number resulted in the receptionist coming up. He couldn't really do anything, offered to show us how to use the shower, but that wasn't necessary. This hotel was booked as a triple room but we didn't get that, had a double and single bed.

Ok, quiet hotel.
Pros:

Hot Breakfast was large and very excellent. free continental buffet breakfast was good .Location was ok and getting to the attractions by bus or train was easy.
Checking in was good.
The large outdoor garden area was very nice( minus the heavy rain) we would have sat outside.
Well empress with the toilet reception which is located downstairs very nice.
Bonus with mini fridge in room.
manager,s and staffs are very well curtious/ polite

Cons:

Small little tweaks needed to be sorted talked to staff/managers and was sorted, but unfortunately the wifi was extremely slow but with many customers using free hotel WiFi this could not be helped it's best to come prepared with your own data as well.
