Great family friendly accommodation
Pros:

Everything was very clean, great facilities, wonderful staff. As a family of 5, it was nice to have a good family friendly accommodation and close to everything we need. We will be back for sure.

Enjoyed my stay!
Pros:

This was a perfect location to stay at with my family. I had my 6 month old with me they were able to provide a baby tub and a baby cot. Staff was very helpful in forwarding my luggage and it was about a 7-8 min walk to Ueno station. Would stay here again!

Excellent location in a quiet area yet still close to the action. Friendly staff and spacious, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Very well located, close to Ueno station, Ueno park and a great coffee shop right next door.

Cons:

No view from the windows in the family rooms

Convenient, but should have been a better experience for the price.
Pros:

Good size for a Tokyo area hotel. Walkable distance to train station and ueno park/zoo. 24hr Lawson nearby. 24hr ichiran ramen within 15min walking distance.

Cons:

Heater in room did not work. Room was cold. Bathroom had a foul odor that did not go away. Sirens from streets were audible throughout the night. Relatively high cost for one night stay.

空間寬敞、景觀絕佳，能在窗邊看火車的完美家庭住宿！
Pros:

房間的空間非常大，住起來一點也不壓迫，超級適合家庭入住！最讓人驚豔的是房間的景觀，可以直接看到外面的火車一輛輛經過。早上在窗邊一邊吃早餐、一邊欣賞火車，是非常棒的體驗。房內設備也十分貼心，附有簡單的流理台、電磁爐和微波爐，想要自己弄點簡單的料理完全沒問題；而且冰箱的空間很夠用，不用擔心買回來的食物冰不下。

Cons:

唯一的小缺點就是距離上野車站稍微有一點點距離，拉行李時需要走一小段路，但整體的住宿品質完全可以彌補這個小缺憾。
