Excellent stay, would highly recommend for a central location and modern amenities.
Pros:

Modern apartments in a great location. Ground floor was ideal with a young baby. Staff were incredibly helpful, including arranging transfers and with recommendations during our stay.

Sin duda volveriamos
Pros:

Pasamos tres noches con nuestra familia en Casa del Rey Sabio y quedamos completamente satisfechos. Todo estaba muy limpio, cuidado y perfectamente organizado. Recibimos la información para el check-in cómodamente por WhatsApp, incluyendo una guía clara paso a paso, lo que hizo que la llegada fuera muy sencilla.

Elena y Gema merecen una mención especial: fueron en todo momento extremadamente amables, atentas y muy cercanas. Se nota su alto sentido del servicio; cuando tuvimos preguntas o necesidades, estuvieron siempre disponibles, dispuestas a ayudar y realmente comprometidas con que nos sintiéramos a gusto. Esta atención personalizada hizo que nuestra estancia fuera especialmente agradable.

También cabe destacar la excelente ubicación del alojamiento, ideal para explorar la zona. Recomendamos este alojamiento sin reservas y sin duda volveríamos.

Pros:

Amazing atmosphere, the rooms are well designed & comfortable. The staff were very friendly & supportive.

Cons:

Nearest parking area is around 5 minutes of walking, a bit challenging if you have a lot of luggage & driving a car.

Great value for money
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay here. The design is beautiful a perfect blend of traditional Andalusian/Mudéjar style and modern minimalism, with clean lines, warm tones, and classic wooden details that give the place so much character while still feeling calm and stylish.

The location is unbeatable. Everything is incredibly close:
-The iconic wooden structure (Las Setas) is just 1 minute away
-Giralda is about a 10-minute walk
-Laundry is 4 minutes away
-Alfalfa area is literally 1 minute away
You can walk everywhere easily, yet the hotel itself feels peaceful.

Most importantly, Gema was amazing genuinely kind, super helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. She really made the stay even better.

Highly recommend this place if you want great design, comfort, and one of the best locations in Seville.

Feel at home in Seville!
Pros:

Centrally located property, comfortable and spacious rooms, and the concierge was exceptional! Be sure to check out the top floor mini pool and seating area!

Cons:

Nothing personally because our rooms were on a higher floor, but lower floors seem to have less privacy as they were visible from the common area.

A beautiful hotel in Sevilla
Pros:

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The staff left us a half-bottle of wine as a gift at the start of our stay, which we thought was a great touch. The location was right in the middle of the old town of Sevilla, which was a quick walk to many of the biggest sights and plenty of places to shop and eat during our stay. The staff (Rocio and Gema) were super helpful and friendly with regards to checking us in and helping to book tickets for a flamenco show for one of the nights we stayed as well.

We got a code to enter the building and our room, so no need to worry about losing your key.

Cons:

Similar to the other hotels we stayed at in Spain, the room did not have an iron and ironing board. I didn't ask the staff if one was available, so maybe there was one we could borrow. I'd prefer not to have to pay for this service if possible, but it seems to be the standard in a lot of the places in Spain, so it's not something I will complain about too much.

There also seemed to be some issue in the system between the hotel and Booking.com. When I reached out to the Whatsapp number to give my check-in time the day before, the hotel didn't seem to have my booking information according to the confirmation number I was given. When I called the number given, it sent me to a main line for the management company, which seems to manage multiple properties, and the person there gave me a separate phone number to reach the hotel, which was a bit of a headache and stressful when I was told I just needed to text what time I was arriving and it turned into multiple phone calls.

Peaceful and enjoyment
Pros:

Staff amazing, both of the receptionist really Nice, really helpful, we felt very welcome. The location is perfect, the terraza is beautiful.

Cons:

The appartmant number 3 is in front of the reception so really noisy but the receptionist offered us a solution of moving to another one which was really appreciate!

Pros:

Absolutely amazing apartment, friendly staff greeted us on arrival. They had been in touch before we arrived and provided useful for information for nearby parking. Apartment has everything you need, very stylish, comfortable and quiet. The rooftop pool area was an added bonus for a cool down and relax. Cannot wait to return.
