The location is great and close to all the major historic sites within a 10 minute walking distance. The bed was comfortable and had a great shower.

Spa area & closed pool (maintenance) are bit disappointing, but room (& service) are really good.

Breakfast is on International level with a huge variety and fresh fruits and nuts with a fantastic view on Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque.

Employment is extraordinary friendly and takes care about all kind of questions.

Hotel category with 4 **** is well deserved and can be recommended by 100% after pool maintenance is finished.

Thank you for unvergettable days and memories in Istanbul.

Very comfortable room and quiet when the window was closed. Very good breakfast. Great service at reception and throughout.

Another great vacation spent at Yaşmak Sultan hotel. For the second time I chose to book this hotel, not only for the great location but also for the outstanding quality of the services offered. The rooms are very clean (in our case thanks to Melek, our housekeeper) and quiet (exceptionally soundproofed windows). The only noises were coming from the main corridor due to uneducated tourists which were banging the doors and were talking loud.
We had breakfast and dinner at their rooftop restaurant called “The Olive Garden” which offers amazing views over the Bosphorus. Many thanks to all the staff working at the breakfast buffet (they are a great team doing a great job .. apologies for not being able to mention all of your names 🤗). The buffet is various and delicious. It was so pleasant to spend the morning sipping on çay and enjoying the view. ❤️
At the basement they have a heated pool and hammam - so convenient and easy to access right from your room with the elevator.
I highly recommend this hotel as it is an exceptional value for money.
If I will come again to my beloved Istanbul for sure I will stay again with you.

Tartózkodásunk során minden tekintetben kiemelkedő élményben volt részünk. Elsőként szeretném kiemelni a személyzet kedvességét és segítőkészségét, amely végig hozzájárult a kellemes légkörhöz.

Deluxe szobában szálltunk meg, amely tágas, igényesen berendezett volt, és gyönyörű kilátást biztosított a Hagia Sophiára. A szoba makulátlan tisztasága külön említést érdemel.

A reggeli bőséges és változatos kínálattal várt minket, amely minden igényt kielégített. Külön örömet jelentett 8 éves kislányunk számára, hogy a gyümölcsök mellett csokoládé is helyet kapott a kínálatban.

Születésnapi bekészítést is kértünk, amelyet a szálloda gondosan teljesített: tortával kedveskedtek számunkra, valamint a tetőteraszon található Olive étteremben elfogyasztott vacsora valóban első osztályú élményt nyújtott.

Ezúton is köszönünk mindent, és bízunk benne, hogy hamarosan visszatérhetünk!

Fabulous hotel in a great position for most of the major tourist sites , use the Istanbul transport system to get around . This hotel is very close to Gullane T1 tram line and a marmaray station which gives access to the Metro station. Please don't underestimate how hilly Istanbul is.
Hotel is so clean and welcoming . Rooms have everything you need and the food and breakfast in the rooftop olive restaurant is fantastic.
And finally of course the wonderful staff . All of them were fabulous, but special mention to Tina at the olive restaurant. And Elif who was very competent and lovely doing multiple tasks . It was a pleasure to meet them all. Memnum olnum Tessekurler

Personalul de la receptie a fost super amabil, in ultima zi am putut sa lasam bagajele pentru ca am avut avionul tarziu la 9, ne-au permis sa cazam o prietena in camera cu noi care a venit 2 zile mai tarziu doar pentru 30 euro in plus, am apreciat mult asta, micul dejun foarte bun,variat, cu vedere la Bosfor, am mancat si la pranz intr-o zi, mancare super gustoasa si plating extraordinar,dar si cafeaua tare buna,recomand toate sortimentele de cafea.SPA-ul este mic, dar se poate inota, doar 3 șezlonguri, nepotrivit pentru grupuri mari. Doamnele de la curatenie bravo!

Wonderful. Great location close to the main sights, a tram stop and railway station. We loved our room with its view of seaguls and the Hagia Sophia. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant with sweeping views of the harbour. Great, helpful, friendly service. Enjoyed the swimming pool.
