Bulgaria St Constantine and Helena
Pros:

Although we go to the astor in the winter its opposite the beach and lovely if you want to do some walking. It's also 2 minutes from the Aqua thermal spa which is fabulous. The staff are great. Rooms are very nice and in the summer I imagine it would be full. I travel at least 5 times a year to Bulgaria and the beaches in st constantine and helena are lovely. I woukd recommend to anyone both in the summer and winte. Varna city is a taxi away to far to walk. But only 10 minutes in the car.

Cons:

Not much really. If I'm being picky the restaurant and staff where really good and the reception staff. I would say there were times when they rushed in to take your plates away whilst still eating I didn't like that. On two occations we hadn't finished are meal. The hairdryer in the room was a nightmare it over heated constantly if you put it on full for more than a minute. I still think for 5 star the hallway carpet is very scruffy but i said that several years ago. They keep building in St Constantine and Helena which is sad but its still lovely. Worth going there.

Pros:

Clean, quiet, good location, friendly staff

Cons:

Smoking. Terrible breakfast with a gentleman smoking next to my table.smoking allowed in the restaurant although they said was only in one part. Smoke everywhere. Smoking indors in public places is against law.

Good place , really bad service .
Pros:

Président suite was big and nice .

Cons:

The receptionist lady was rude . The server in the restaurant during the breakfast was rude even more . When I’ve arrived to have breakfast , no stuff was in the dining room. After 15 minutes of waiting , young waiter arrived and I’ve asked him why nobody presents in the restaurant during breakfast hours . His answer was : “don’t you see I’ve got 7 more people to prepare food for them?”
