A truly 5-star stay with a gorgeous sea-view room, pool, and private beach.
Pros:

This is a genuine 5-star property with top-notch service and cleanliness throughout. Our sea-view room was beautiful and well maintained, and the pool and private beach were amazing. We also enjoyed the spa and hot pool in the evenings. Highly recommend for families.

Cons:

Only a minor note - the breakfast selection of vegetables and plant-based protein options was a bit limited.

Pros:

Atmosferă minunată, eleganță și liniște. Grădinile superbe, fiecare colțișor bine gândit și îngrijit. Curățenie peste tot, felicitări personalului care se străduiește din plin. În hotel te întâmpină un decor regal. O imensă bibliotecă, lobby împodobit cu minunate hortensii albastre, scara impresionantă care face legătura între parter și demisol. Camerele foarte frumoase, curate, patul foarte mare și confortabil, baia cu cadă, cabină de duș, impecabil de curate. Marea cu frumusețea ei se vedea din balconul camerei care dădea spre piscină principală. În concluzie totul a fost pe măsura managementului serios și a tratării oaspeților cu respect și ospitalitate. Mâncarea foarte bună, gustoasă, bine prezentată, fără zgârcenie și diversificată. Faptul ca am avut acces la piscinele termale de la Aquahouse, a completat frumusețea concediului.

Cons:

Parcarea puțin cam scumpă.

Amazing stay
Pros:

The breakfast is amazing! The whole building and rooms are very beautiful and comfortable!

Cons:

The only think we didnt like is that when you check in the room the shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom are not full for each new guest, we had to ask for a refill.

Всичко ни хареса. Всичко, което сме търсили в едно място за почивка го намерихме. Браво - прекрасно място, топ локация, вкусна храна, много добро обслужване с учтив персонал, супер екстра с този спа комплекс!!!

Potenzialmente una struttura fantastica! Peccato per la pulizia. Nel complesso un bel soggiorno.

Poter prendere un aperitivo in terrazza.
Il box doccia separato dalla vasca.

Il fatto che ci abbiano fatto l upgrade della camera.

La gentilezza e cortesia del
Personale. Tutti molto molto gentili.

Cons:

La pulizia.
La moquette del corridoio delle camere sporco e puzzolente.
Il box doccia perdeva acqua e ha bagnato tutto il pavimento del bagno…
La piscina gia sporca di primo mattino, (sul fondale c era la sabbia già alle 8 del mattino…. )

Se migliorassero la pulizia, sarebbe una struttura stupenda dove ritornerei subito!

Cons:

Nu exista o procedura de colectare a prosoapelor folosite la piscina. Ar fi trebuit ca la sfarsitul zilei prosoapele folosite sa fie predate si inlocuite cu altele curate. Acestea sunt inlocuite doar la cerere, foarte greu. Astfel, am fost nevoiti sa folosim aceleasi prosoape si a doua zi. Acesta este minusul , in rest totul excelent.

It was very clean and comfortable, the pool is great, the SPA is nice, the rooms are big.

Cons:

The food, the beach was a bit far on the stairs, from the hotel, it was difficult for us as we have a 1 year baby, otherwise its ok.
