Pros:

Великолепное место, отель расположен на берегу моря, морской бриз и шум волн!

Cons:

А вот персонал не очень соответствует уровню отеля. Багаж не помогают занести и вынести, уборка тоже была на 4.

My favorite hotel for an off season holiday!
Pros:

1. Food - very tasty and diverse, good selection of kid friendly foods, delicious desserts.
2. Pools - thermal indoor and outdoor pools and free access to AquaHouse Therme.
3. Complimentary parking and early check in were a nice bonus for Easter.
4. Nice garden.
5. Clean, comfortable, big rooms, with Nesspreso coffee machine.
6. Quiet, relaxing stay, at least in April.

Cons:

1. Small indoor pool, without shallow end for kids, small sauna.
2. Hitel pool schedule - closes at 20:00, would be nice to be open until 22:00.
3. Gym was way too hot, made training impossible in the morning.
4. Bathrobes are very thin and low quality, difficult to go to Aquahouse Therme when it's cold outside.

One of the best hotels in Bulgaria
Pros:

Free access to Therme Aquahouse.
Cleanliness.
Delicious food.
Nice staff.
Got a room with a nice partial sea view, although I paid a park view room.

Cons:

Double rooms have 2 twin beds put together.
Bathrobes are low quality in contrast with the high quality of everything else in thr hotel.

Вперше в Болгарії, я задоволена сервісом. Гарне розташування, гарні сніданки і вечеря, чудовий просторий номер з ванною і душем. заселили нас зразу, без проблем, не дивлячись, що ми приїхали раніше))). Також здивував величезний басейн на вулиці з підігрівом, коли на вулиці було 12* градусів))!! Рекомендую 1000%
