Comfortable stay for three guests.
Pros:

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The heater near the entrance was consistently on, providing a warm and welcoming environment upon arrival. The provision of complimentary hot beverages was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The property is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, although it is a considerable walk from the main tourist attractions.

Cons:

The only drawback was the sofa bed. It was quite firm, and the middle section made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Not a hotel but a serviced apartment with plenty of character
Pros:

Conveniently located old-style apartment with character and some charm. No staff on site but they responded promptly online and were able to assist with lowering noise levels from other guests, for which we were grateful. The neighbourhood is lovely, and quiet, with easy walks to the train station and elsewhere.

Cons:

This isn't a hotel, it's a serviced apartment with no staff on site. Nothing wrong with that, but the description on booking.com needs updating to reflect the facts. We were assured the property offered luggage forwarding, for instance, but when we turned up it was emphatically not on offer. The room was cold and the heating system quite old and noisy so the air quality in the room was poor.

大変満足のいくお宿でした！
Pros:

家族で利用しました。
アクセスもよく、閑静な場所にありとても快適に過ごせました。コーヒーなどのサービスもあり大変満足でした。

Cons:

冷凍庫がなく、加湿器があったのですが水を入れると下からだだ漏れで仕方なく濡れタオルを干しましたが、寒い季節で暖房をつけて寝るので備品のチェックをして欲しかったです。
駐車場があればなお良しでした。

Pros:

Le camere sono molto belle, pulite, spaziose e in stile giapponese. Nella hall dell’hotel ci sono a disposizione caffè, the e acqua. La posizione è circa a 10min da Kyoto station e ha due stazioni metro e treno vicine, anche se non è in zona centrale é comunque in buona posizione.

Cons:

Niente in particolare, il self check in rende l’accoglienza un po’ fredda. Ma rimane una struttura che consiglierei assolutamente.

Spacious and welcoming with some of the most wonderful staff!
Pros:

The space is incredible! It’s fantastic to come back after a big day and have the space to relax! The staff were incredibly helpful and happy to assist us with anything we needed!

Cons:

The beds were a little hard for our liking but a small price to pay for how amazing this place is.
